I booked this hotel for my friend who has a duty at Kota Bharu, This hotel is very clean and very comfortable. Near to the Pengkalan Chepa airport. He likes it very much

ok for transit and short stay.

One night before flying is fine, but no more. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one to greet me; I had to wait to enter the building. The shower was full of hair when I arrived.

okay location, security is very guaranteed because the main door of the hotel will auto lock, to unlock you need to tap the card that is on each customer. overall everything is okayy

The location and parking is easy, clean and there is a lift.. next time you can repeat again if you go to Kelantan.. inshaAllah

We are staying at this hotel for the 3rd time before going to the Perhentian Islands. Clean, cozy, very good audibility between the rooms. The rooms have no windows, there is tea/coffee. You need to bring toothbrushes and toothpaste, a Malaysian adapter for sockets. Wi-Fi is stable.

The hotel is very comfortable and fully equipped, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful.

It's barely livable for business trips, but it's recommended not to stay here if you can avoid it... It's not ideal. I booked probably the last room in the hotel, close to the road, with almost no sound insulation. You can even say that it doesn't have sealed windows, but baffles instead. So the noise you get is no different from sleeping on the road. Fortunately, my sleep quality is not bad, otherwise I would die there.

spacious, clean, beautiful room. worth staying here for 2 nights. Parking is easy. close to the city only the room is not soundproof. as in the room next to the chat. lol.
