Ulasan Park Hall Hotel and Spa Wolverhampton

Had a great stay at Park Hall Spa and hotel. Room was comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Would love to visit again

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Booked as had a concert in Wolverhampton and this is a little gem of a place. Booked a family room which was a really good size and had outside space which was a surprise.

Prehaps the nicest hotel in the whole of midlands. Loved it

Nice hotel. Booked the superior king room. Nice room with some issues. The ceiling is quite low in the bathroom so when you’re standing in the bathtub, my head was quite close to the ceiling. I’m around 6 ft 2. The shower itself is quite good. There was a crack on the wall in the shower which needs to be fixed. Maybe installing a walk in shower would be better. The room was otherwise clean and spacious. They use two beds and stick it together to make one king size bed. Uncomfortable when sleeping as the beds tended to separate slightly when sleeping so you’re slightly sinking in the middle. They should have made this clearer. It would be much better if they have a proper king size bed. The view was really nice from the room. Breakfast was extra and it was very good. It’s a buffet style breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Although I did t use it, the spa facilities were included in the price which is nice. Lots of parking available and safe. The hotel close the gates at midnight but you can press the buzzer and they’ll let you in. The hotel itself is a listed building so no lifts, but you can probably ask for help if with bags. Hotel itself is beautiful. Would I visit again? Yes

Hotel nice as always, room cpuld fo with a bit of an update but not too bad. BUT it was my 13th stay within 9 months and I still have to always provide all address details from scratch although I am staying there every other week and provide thwm as well through the online checkin 🤦♂️

Paid for a king superior room that transpired to be smaller than a Premier inn room. It was room 111 with 2 of the 3 sealed double glazed blown with internal condensation . There was just enough room to walk around the bed,. If you want to watch TV then you’ll be watching it from your bed either sat on the end or sat up on it. There’s a fixed desk with 1 chair pushed under it as directly below the TV. Reception said it was correct .I got conned the photos advertising this property and won’t be returning here again

Cleanliness was ok - other than all mirrors were extremely streaky. Service - just wasn’t that great, explained that the WiFi wasn’t working on the tv in the bedroom to be told ‘if it’s not working, use your phones personal hotspot’ £100+ for one nights stay & dismissed when asked for help. Did not use any of the amenities. All in all it was ok but maybe next time would book a premier inn etc for half the price & friendlier service.

Does not look like the pictures. Had to be moved rooms due to window seals not working and rooms freezing. Were firstly told to turn heating up to over 30 degrees. After being moved rooms. Lights etc did not work in the new room. Cleaner didn’t turn up to clean the room on the first day. Using spa facilities the pool and hot tub was freezing cold.

Nice stay as it's been many years since I last stayed. The room was nice only pity fur been a listed building there lift. Only one thing the overall room was clean and tidy pity they not done the same behind TV . The wall was dug out and should be be plastered bk to hide the hole.

Very nicely decorated hotel and got a good deal using trip, nice and clean room with comfy bed
