All the staff are very approachable and Friendly. They helped us to have a surprise birthday greeting for my daughter too. Resort is clean and smells good all the time

Everything was perfect but then during Dinner at sea breeze went crowded due to private group also have to dine at the buffet and they were aloooottt!!! I just hope they arrange it separately outside since their tables were outside. The ambiance inside was like at the supermarket. Nevertheless, the beach, pool, rooms, staffs are all great! Will definitely be back.

Best location in Alona Beach, huge rooms, 3 pools and all amenities you would expect from a 5*rated resort.

The resort is very good overall. However there's a few niggles. Check in took way too long. 2 people serving? When you have a long queue in the heat of the lobby this isn't a great first impression. The lobby on arrival was so busy. When I've checked into other hotels I've usually been impressed with the smoothness of check in. This wasn't a pleasant experience or environment especially if you're traveling with children. We couldn't get a massage. We wanted to confirm the time the next day and they wouldn't give us this option.? The lift? One lift in the main area? For a resort this big and expensive they should have more lifts The stairs at the pool are stony. This will really hurt your feet when you're not expecting it The breakfast is good for Filipinos however for Westerners like myself there should be more choice. Not just bread and egg. The beach is small. You get hassled by people trying to sell you stuff. Protect your belongings. Doesn't feel safe, look out for algae in the water. Not pleasant to swim through. The resort restaurants are very expensive. The lobby isn't air conditioned? Why not make it a pleasure to be in the lobby and serve coffee to guests? Not everyone wants ice tea. We were told to pay 6000php on arrival which luckily we had but we didn't know about this deposit for incidentals ahead of time. The positives are. They gave us umbrellas when we walked outside for the shade. The shower in our room was excellent. The warm water in the pool. And swimming till late is lovely. The staff are very good and attentive and professional. They served us with care and attention and nothing was too much trouble. I got looked after by the nurse at 10pm.

1 night spent here and we were pleased that we hadn’t booked more. The location was fine. With beach access. Cleanliness was also fine. The disappointment came when I realized the drinks I was being served were not as advertised. Buy one get one free sings are plastered all around and I was led to believe that rule would apply to anything on the menu. I was mistaken..!! Alongside this I was a little surprised to find no complimentary coffee or tea in the room. As a result I was very much looking forward to a nice cup of coffee with my breakfast, only to be told that anything other than instant coffee would be charged separately, and not included in the breakfast package. This seemed to be the theme throughout the short stay. Guests are having to pay extra for every little thing which makes it very difficult to relax.

The room and the pool are magnificent. The beach area is not too nice as compared in Oceanica. Nevertheless we enjoyed a lot in the pool area.

Location is great - has a great beach front and has easy access to the main road, near restaurants and airport as well. Service is excellent, staffs are well-trained and friendly. The hotel has various pools with a pool bar each, and it is great that the beach side pool is open til midnight. Amenities are okay. Bfast buffet is great - have a wide variety of food. They also have a dinner buffet at a discounted rate for hotel guests. Early check-in was not available during my time because there’s a lot of guests. But overall, still a great stay.

We had a great time staying in Henann Alona… The staff was remarkable. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. That’s the biggest plus for this hotel.

First time to stay in a Hennan hotel and was impressed with Hennan Alona Beach. The place is clean and staff are really nice and friendly. The food is great, too! Will definitely recommend this place!

I had it planned with my 80 years old mother and sister coming to the Philippines however my mom got sick as she had lung infections. I tried to cancel or at least postpone the trip and I wasn't at all allowed. I emailed their Reservation directly and nothing heard. No reply whatsoever. Trip.com couldn't do much. This would be my first and last booking from trip.com for my hotel accommodation.

Very luxurious and beautiful facilities and amenities, but the price is quite expensive.

Overall the resort is ok but definitely not 5 stars. If you order food at the beach bar it will take more than an hour and arrive cold. Most of the staff is friendly. The room service is only available until 10 pm and the cleaning team of the rooms have really a space for improvement. The New Year’s Eve party was only noisy and not suitable for smaller kids

Perfect location in Alona beach. Well maintained facilities and clean swim pools. Satisfying breakfast comparing other hotels in Bohol. Dinner buffet was not bad, but not feel comfortable since staffs controlling distribution of many foods like fruit conner. The other restaurant Christina’s food and services were better. Anyway I recommend this resort for couple and family stay.

The place where multiple poolside resort and oceanfront meet . No downtime just continue having fun :) spend it with my siblings.
