Ulasan Citadel Alona Inn

More of a hostel than a hotel, but the staff more than makes up for it with their kindness and willingness to help. Friendly staff. Short walk to the beach.

The rooms shower and hand wash Faucet too old and stained. The water heater not function properly. Soemtiene extremely hot and sometimes extremely cold. Overall its pleasant to stay and the staffs are very very friendly and helpful🥰. Strategic location. Very close to mcd and alona beach

Location is good 5 minutes walk to the beach, near to establishment, resto bar and convinience store. When it comes to cleanliness all i can say is wooow, shared bathroom is so clean, the only down is water preassure so low.

The room was very stuffy. The air conditioner was very loud and did not work well. The manager was very kind welcome to the guests.

Nos hemos alojado 4 noches. En ningún momento aunque viene escrito en un papel nos cambiaron las sábanas (pone que al tercer día las cambian) y no apareció nadie. El problema gordo fue que le pedimos al hacer el check out que nos cambiaran 1000 pesos para pagar un tuk tuk y sorprendentemente nos dijeron que no, que no querían por motivos seguramente que entre filipinos tienen alguna mafia entre ellos y ninguno quiere. Dueña del hostel hemos dormido 4 noche y cenado en 3 ocasiones gastando más de 100€ y luego le pedimos que nos hiciera un pequeño favor y ni aún así... nos dijo que no. Iba a poner mis 5 estrellas pero estas cosas hacen que se me quiten las ganas.
