I checked in late night, reception person was totally unaware about any booking. It took him 10 minutes only to confirm that i have a valid booking. Dont believe the pictures of the room, old property and furniture. Cockroaches on bed. I understand the pricing is average but at least they can afford pest control services. Only good thing is location if you want to visit old goa and Panjim. Consider only if your flight is oddly time and you need rest to visit Panjim and old goa. Dont consider complimentary breakfast as a driving factor for booking, it is not worth while. However very good view from rooms balcony and terrace.
