Zafiro Palace Palmanova

Fantastic Resort with great facilities Really enjoyed the meals, excellent quality and variety of food.

We stayed in Zafiro Palace Palmanova, for the 2nd time, May 2024. The place is amazing and the staff can’t do enough to help. We originally booked B&B, but after seeing the standard of local food and trying the in-house restaurants, immediately upgraded. No regrets! The good is first class. Thank you Zafiro for another amazing holiday. See you again soon

At the beginning of our stay we had some minor issues which were quickly sorted by Annabelle the customer relations lead at Zafiro Palace. The weather was superb and the hotel staff very helpful and clearly work hard to ensure everyone staying at the hotel enjoyed themselves. There is plenty to do for all the family with 4 restaurants, pools and entertainment. The key that unlocks everything available is all on the Hotel App! If you are not IT minded, you only need to ask Annabelle or at reception. It is important to ask straight away if you don't know or have a problem with anything, which is what we did, so don't leave it until the end of the holiday before you say something as you will get the answer or help you need. There was a variety of food available in the main buffet and dedicated restaurants serving Asian, Japanese and Italian cuisine. Our favourite was the Italian restaurant. The hotel is also well situated near a lovely beach and also for travelling into Palma, which we did twice during our stay. All in all, a lovely holiday and will be very happy to go back to this Hotel

Amazing. Wow we love this hotel. Repeated visits say it all. This time we stayed in block 2 and it was very good. My parents had a swim up which they loved and we were near the park and splash pool for our 5 year old. There is nothing not to like about this hotel. We went all inc and it’s totally worth it as the food is amazing. The evening entertainment was good but I do think a little disco for the children at 8pm would make the whole place amazing. Rooms are spotless like everywhere else. We are returning in 13 weeks and cannot wait! Thank you Zafiro see you soon.

An excellent hotel in Palma nova, close to all local facilities. The staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming, big shout out to Rita on the front desk. On site facilities were very good, rooms were all clean, tidy and serviced every day. Food was of a high standard, staff were always very attentive.

We had a fantastic holiday the staff (bar one lifeguard) were fantastic, great food everywhere was spotlessly clean, and great location, will definitely stay again. Depending on what lifeguard is on they may not allow inflatables, my son had a ring to keep him afloat as his feet couldn’t touch bottom and the life guard made him take it of, even tho the other life guards were happy to let him keep it

We had thr best time at this hotel! It clean, friendly, well located, with an excellent breakfast and swim up pool! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel, very professional staff, beautiful weather, yummy food and wine, excellent time enjoyed with my family.

We have stayed at IKOS resorts for our last five holidays, but now both children are over 12 and count as adults, it has become too expensive. We wanted a hotel similar to an IKOS experience, but for a more reasonable price and Zafiro was a good alternative. The buffet and a la carte restaurants were excellent and the drinks menu had lots of variety. Our room was lovely, we upgraded to a rooftop terrace suite when we arrived, which was very spacious. We missed the sunlounger drinks service, especially as the queue for daytime drinks could be very slow. It is difficult to book the a la carte restaurants, which was a shame. The main pool was unheated, but this meant that families with younger children tended to stay in the children's pool, so that kept the main pool quieter. The beach was lovely and a five minute walk away, as well as the main resort centre with souvenir shops, which the children enjoyed visiting. Overall, we thought this was a great alternative for families priced out of IKOS and looking for something similar.
