Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

I took my 25 year old daughter and her boyfriend fir a trip after her graduation! We met my friends who live near the Tideline. I absolutely loved the beach and staying right on the beach. It was breathtaking!!! The service was incredible! I really loved Dean, CJ, and Devon. Everyone was wonderful!!! I would definitely go back again. A week was not long enough for this beach bunny. Pictures online don’t match hotel. Do not stay here. The decor is terrible and they claim to have just had a renovation. Bugs in room, no hot water, unfriendly staff, murky water in outdoor areas in front of hotel.

Beautiful location but a lot of issues. My room had a great view of the ocean but windows were dirty. Door across the hall had towels stuffed at door in the hallway for 2 days so who knows what issue was there. Front desk staff had bad attitudes and not very helpful. My room was prepaid in advance but they tried to charge me again and claimed they had only received partial payment online despite proof of my email receipt. I had 1 night refunded but still waiting on second night refund over a week later. Do not stay here! Bad experience!

This hotel has so much potential - it has a great ocean front patio, beach access and a nice pool. It needs new management, as the service was AWFUL. The AC unit and coffee machine were broken in our first room, and the courtesy water bottles had dirty hand prints on them. We let the front desk know about the AC and asked if we could get some coffee while we waited for the machines to be swapped. She directed us to the bar but said that we'd have to pay. The gentleman who came up to swap out our coffee machine, was apologetic when the second machine also didn't work and offered us some coffee from the bar and we appreciated this. When we arrived back to the hotel, there was no effort to have a new room ready for us until we inquired about that status of our AC which was confirmed broken by maintenance. When our room was finally ready, there was no apology for the inconvenience. In the new room, the ice tongs were used/dirty. This room didn't have cable television and when we opened the internet we got a lovely view of a lady spread eagle on the TV screen from a prior guests search history. It was almost comical that when we checked out and shared this feedback, one staff member said "Thank goodness this is my next to last night." And the trainee, referred us to a hotel down the street for future stays that is "actually a luxury hotel". Its beach front so that was nice, but not a luxury hotel.

This resort got a makeover and it’s beautiful. The rooms are nicely appointed and the color palette is a prefect compliment to its location. The beach is among the best beaches in Palm Beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And the restaurants are delicious and the food is amazing! I’m a local and I’ll be back the resort and the culinary offerings!

Terrible experience. Great photos on their site but beware the reality. The front desk girl was not smiling at all when I arrived. She was cold and not interested about ME the CUSTOMER!!Got a charge of$20/day for parking, when you park yourself and the lot is empty!!! The first room I was assigned had a lock problem…lock on the door didn’t close properly. Wanted to watch TV around 20 pm, my second room had no TV remote control. Beat up looking ocean terrace. Staff bored like I’ve never seen before. Really…. Do not spend any $$ there. Go somewhere else.

Great room. Nice reception staff and very helpful. Pool is great and beach amazing Atmosphere poor. Restaurant and bar good and drink great but no ambience and restaurant staff no smiles. Gym weird. No mats or rollers and nice locker room except found alcohol cans and bottle in there one morning. One toilet not flushed Asked for band aid and none available until pool attendant raided kitchen for some. Behavior with loud people on speaker phone and one smoking not attended to until complaint. We had a great time though in this well refurbished hotel. Just needs events and atmosphere and consistent behavior of staff

I came here for a milestone birthday celebration. When I arrived, the valet person was on their phones and didn't care much to help. When I got to my room, everything was very cute, "updated", until I noticed that there were still screw holes not patched up, coffee make didn't work, refrigerator didn't work and was moldy. That wasn't even the worst part. I noticed garbage in the drawer and here it comes, there was like shaved hair on the shower walls. Not sure how housekeeping missed that, but it grossed me out. Went downstairs to show pictures but unfortunately no room were available to switch too. The "manager" was supposed to get back to me but he/she never did. I had to repeatedly ask for help. When I finally did get help, I was replaced with another nonfunctioning coffee maker and the mold in the fridge was still there. The only thing I got offered was that I will not be charged a resort fee of like $50. I had 4 rooms booked and some of us just chalked it up to "whatever". The gym was no better. I was very excited to see brand new Peloton bikes but there were clip on only. When I asked for the shoes, they were still waiting for them to arrive. Not sure how that happens as it comes in a bundle. There were not mats to use, so you had to use towels for mats. It was definitely run down but there remodel is still needs work. Housekeeping and the manager gets in at 9am and ends like at 6 pm. Needless to say I will NOT coming back. There is a few redeeming qualities, such as it's ON THE BEACH and the food and service at the restaurant was amazing. If they want to make more money. they should invest in some covered cabana beds like their next door neighbor, the Four Seasons. Usually I don't write reviews, good or bad but to me this was really bad as the Manager did not reach out to me at all and a credit for resort fees is a joke.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk out onto the beach and get service out there was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and nice. We can’t wait to go back!
