Hotel caretaker was less interested as we booked through make my trip app. They said first booking is not available. Kept us waiting for half an hour. I booked a garden view room, free wifi service and mineral water but got backside drain and blocked view room, no wifi and also we had to pay for mineral water bottles. Management was so bad. I would not recommend make my trip or shreyas residency hotel, for any trip. Thank you for the bad experience. They also said that make my trip gave them a very short percentage that's why hotel in charge was dissatisfied with the customer. They kept the room ac off frequently in a gap of time. Didn't provide any bed cover or blanket. Room was so dirty.
