i think it should be one of the good hotel in Palermo, and free parking outside the hotel but will have someone to ask for money without doing anything. you can pay or not. i didnt pay in first time then next time they find a child to ask for. i saw he is too young and very pity, so i paied 3euro to him. this is not good for everyone, so if hotel can take it in mind, and pay more attention to it, then it will be better. everything is good, just this parking issue.

Bien dans l’ensemble en dépit d’un restaurant très quelconque. Même carte tous les jours. Les salles de bains ne sont pas correctement nettoyées au cours du séjour. Réception ok

客户服務好，因房間水池漏水，工作人員盡力安排，最後入住海景房，對面就是意大利廣場。餐廳的墨魚麪好吃，服務也好。靠近馬路房間隔音有點問題

Kamer schoon en modern. Ramen erg vies. Zwembad perfect! Service bij het zwembad erg slecht. Te lang wachten om geholpen te worden. Het personeel van de bar daarentegen werkte keihard en was vriendelijk. Ontbijt uitgebreid en vers. Goed hotel en zeker één aanrader.

2023年1月17日冬天，酒店暖氣很熱，空調關掉了也一樣熱，晚上睡覺得開窗户，開了窗户又有蚊子，無法入睡。 洗手間的洗臉盆下水道口氣味上來，氣味很臭，淋浴器那邊的洗澡門密封很差，洗澡的時候容易溢出水，導致洗手間全是水。

地理位置很好 去哪都方便 房間在意大利算大的 服務很好 前台會很細心和耐心給地圖畫好景點 餐廳等位置 對面就是海邊很美

海邊酒店，酒店外破舊不堪，酒店內豪華舒適，非常值得推薦入住感受！難怪西方國家1圓有房買，因為太多房太少人！日久失修！帝國敗落的風情！
