Had a amazing stay at Addaura Village. Beautiful location, good rooms and chill pool area. The staff was very friendly and nice! Special thanks to Ramona and Roy for all the help and service. They put in the extra effort to make our stay the best.

This hotel is more like a motel for people to stay overnight when they travel, definitely not for a family vacation. We stayed for 5 nights but only to travel to different beaches in the north part of Sicily. Breakfast was very far from a continental kind of breakfast. The hotel doesn't have any atmosphere, although it has potential. When you book a room, be careful not to get a room in the -1 level, as there is a restaurant at 0 level and you would hear all the noise from the restaurant until late midnight.

The beds are without a top mattress, so extremely hard. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows are just the same, hard and very used.
The breakfast is chocolate croissant, creme croissant and croissant with sugar. 3 different cakes and cookies - nothing els to choose from!
Besides that, they use plastic for everything and they don’t clean between guests at breakfast.
Now to the swimming pool, yes it’s clean, but it’s closed from 1pm.-3pm. and you have to buy a bathing hat, or els you’re not allowed in the pool.
They’s a lot of noise in the evening and night.
The beach near by, is packed with people and there are rocks.
Definitely not a 3 star, more like 2!!
Is you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, don’t go here!

Siamo stati in questo Hotel per un convegno in circa 80 persone. La struttura non è recentissima, ma offre un soggiorno piacevole. Le camere sono belle, la nostra ampia con vista mare e due balconi. Ottima pulizia. Il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Colazione un po' miserella per un hotel a 4 stelle. Questa è da ampliare. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina in quanto ormai l'Estate era quasi finita.

Arrivo in serata e vengo ben accolta alla reception dove accolgono la mia richiesta di una camera vista mare. Camera pulita un po’ minimal con pochi accessori in bagno (bagno doccia shampoo tutto in uno e saponetta) un po’ poco per un 4 stelle. Nelle camere dei colleghi erano presenti anche il secchio e la scopa…. Aspetto negativo la colazione, le bevande calde non sono servite al tavolo e il caffè e’ servito in bicchierino monouso anche se hanno accolto la richiesta di averlo in tazzina. Tavoli con tovaglie plastificate non proprio pulite, ho faticato a trovare un tavolo meno sporco. Prodotti della colazione da migliorare per un 4 stelle, erano rimasti solo 2 yogurt alla frutta. Uova ghiacciate presumibilmente sode quindi ma aprendole scopri tristemente che sono alla coque ( così fredde ?!?). Il pranzo vista la situazione ho preferito saltarlo. Giudizio negativo condiviso con altri colleghi ospiti. Apprezzabile la gentilezza delle persone alla reception (le due stelle sono per loro)

Hôtel sympas. Vue sur mer depuis la chambre où nous étions. Chambre confortable avec frigo lit spacieux et plusieurs rangements. Une petite terasse géniale pour se lever et voir la mer depuis la chambre. Personnels au top très accueillant et font l'effort de parler français lorsque cela est difficile. Petit déjeuner extra avec des spécialités italiennes. Déco très originales. Dommage que l'espace détente était en travaux. Donc pas de spa disponible. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine ayant la plage en face. Mais le bonnet de bain est obligatoire. En face de l'hôtel a 2min, se trouvent plusieurs criques où les locaux viennent se baigner sans trop de touristes. Pour aller à mondello plage il faut prendre soit un bus en 5min on y est (pas très régulier et ponctuel). Où à pied en 20 min. A côté de l'hôtel il y a supermarché restaurant boulangerie. C'était parfait!

Accoglienza pulizia e piscina ottima,stanze un po' piccole servizio ristorante sufficente menù scarso ma buono perché hotel : menù 1 scarso non lo cambiano ogni giorno le stesse cose ,visitatori esterni menu 2 il 2 e migliore tutto sommato ci siamo accontentati avevamo colazione e cena perché eravamo sempre in giro, migliorando qualcosa potrebbe farti sentire meglio.

Tutto il personale è stato molto gentile, soprattutto le ragazze alla reception che erano disponibili per ogni evenienza. La colazione non è abbondante ma molto buona e assolutamente sufficiente per tutti. Location bella con montagne e a due passi da una scogliera che dà sul mare cristallino. Per arrivare a Mondello ci si mette cinque minuti, sia in autobus che in macchina. Piscina pulitissima e tranquilla.
