Hotel ini memenuhi harapan. Kamarnya tidak berada di bangunan utama, tapi kamarnya luar biasa. Kamar ini memiliki semua yang Anda butuhkan. Sarapannya tentu saja tidak terlalu kaya, sama setiap hari, tapi makannya cukup. Staf mengendarai mobil ke tempat parkir untuk mengambilnya - Anda harus memberi tahu setidaknya satu jam sebelumnya. Lokasi hotel super - semuanya dekat.

Very good overall. The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. The bus cost about 1.30. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre. City tax is also very cheap!

We had a great time in the hotel; the room is really big and the whole environment is so nice. Recommend!

I enjoyed my stay in the Mercury hotel. The receptionist (Sylvia) gave to me a great service by changing my single room and giving me another single roome with nicer view and more confortable. The breakfast was delicious and rich. Coffe machine workd perfectly and everything was nice!

Excellent location within walking distance of Politeama and various restaurants/shops. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with a pretty breakfast room. Our room and bathroom were a good size with good wifi signal. The bed was comfortable and clean. Regarding the view, our room was facing the inner courtyard so we had a view of private apartments opposite so no city view. Also it didn't have a balcony or working air conditioning as advertised and booked. This meant the room was a bit smelly and stuffy so we had to sleep with the windows open and got quite bitten by mosquitoes. Overall we would stay again but in a room with a balcony and air conditioning as advertised.

This is a great option if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable stay in the city center. Less than 10 min walk from sights like the grand theatre, the convenient location and friendly staff helped us enjoy our time in the city.

It’s a clean and safe comfortable single room - a little dated in itself but higher quality hotel than most with breakfast and dinner served on the ground floor with some panache - staff very helpful and kind

Definitely it was a great experience. As we arrived after a trip via Viena, the receptionists were very kind and gave us a nice room in the new part. If possible, we would like to rate all aspects of our accommodation with 12 from 10. Location is excellent, near the free tour meeting ppint and not far away from street food experiences and historic monuments.

Service is good. The ladies at the front desk is especially helpful. From providing information for breakfast, best Gelato in Palermo to car rental and intercity bus schedules and taxi bookings. They are always efficient and reliable. Thank you for the help! The shower is strong and water is hot which makes the shower experience very enjoyable. Our room is facing a one way street and is very quiet. Bed is on the harder side and pillows are flatter than our preference. Other than that, all is good.

Hotel molt moderno efficiente pulito in buona posizione centrale vicino ai mezzi pubblici. Colazione abbondante con prodotti locali. In camera e possibile farsi te e caffe.Dispinibile il deposito bagagli .

Отель не соответствует цене - качество. Номер маленький, окно выходит на лестницу, где постоянно стоит телега с грязным бельем и поднос грязной посуды. Унитаз плохо работает, не смывает бочок, несколько раз обращались с проблемой. Завтраки хорошие, местоположение нас устроило, т.к. нам важно было близость к порту. Девушка на рецепции не понимала наш английский или не хотела понять. Парень был приветливый и решил все вопросы.
