Myself& wife stayed bet 15th& 17 th April 24.Rooms were ckean& tidy. But no laundry service. Senior citizens like us carry less luggage on long trip,expecting laundry service in such expensive hotels. They said there's no laundry service for few days and no alternate arrangements could be made. Atrocious. Impolite and indifferent behaviour by receptionist. Where to search for laundry in unknown place? Only two attenders for serving all rooms. There's a delay. A/C remote was dysfunctional. Three times electricians came and finally second day night it was alright with simple replacement of battery cells!!!. Very unpleasant experience. The ***agement can educate their receptionists ,especially an elderly one, as to how to behave with customers. Only good thing, their veg restaurant is good . But no idlies in the evenings! I won't recommend.

Very nice hotel for Business and Family Stay and easy access to Transport and staff is also very polite. Overall good experience to stay in Kapilavasthu. Morning they provide the Free Complimentary Breakfast.

We stayed in Suite room. Room wad spacious. Good AC. Good Breakfast which comes with the room The location is very Good and rooms are well maintained. The restaurant serves very tasty food Overall a very good stay.

I Came to Palakkad for a Business visit and stayed in A/C room of Kapilavasthu Hotel. The Stay was good and complimentary breakfast in the morning was really nice with varieties of Breakfast. Its centrally located in Palakkad with KSRCTC and autos available in the front to reach any places. I would say it was really a comfortable stay

The front desk personnel are so pleasant and that itself makes your stay comfortable Hurry to leave the hotel I made two times payment When the matter brought their notice with minimum delay they refunded the money This was my third time stay and will prefer to stay in this place only whenever I will visit my family deities Location is another added advantage to prefer this place Very tasty items are served in their restaurant I whole hearted recommend every one who visit this place to stay in this hote
