Sangat terkesan, ruang zona baru, pemandangan indah, suasana nyaman, adalah akhir pekan yang paling santai.

I booked through Trip.com and was very disappointed. The bathroom in my room was dirty, with mold on the walls and floor, and even the chair had mold. The staff tried hard to help, but after checking 2-3 other rooms, they were all the same. It was exhausting. I had to move to a different section, which was cleaner, but I lost the view I originally booked. On the bright side, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. It’s a shame the cleanliness issues ruined what could have been a great stay.

Vibes were immaculate! Room is big and clean and well stocked with drinks :) Breakfast was good and has a wide variety of food to choose from. Pool was amazing too!

Very beautiful European style hotel. Great service and various kind of foods. Designed with many step, so not convenience if using baby stroller or wheelchair.

Service was awesome, super spacious room with high class equipment and design inside the room, amenities is more than what you expect from a hotel room. Food for breakfast could be improved, not many variations, it's a la carte with some small dishes you can take from buffet, but that's it. Would I come here again?within same price ? I'd rather try another resort,

some of the best place to go during holiday and really recommend if you are in khaoyai, the area is filled with activities and also places to eat. the buffet at the morning is good

Shortage of staff, waiting check in long time. Assigned wrong room but staff changed next day and made things better. If they have more staff working it would be a great stay and probably will stay more nights. Overall was nice and everyone tried hard :)

บรรยากาศดีมาก มุมถ่ายรูปเยอะ ห้องพักสวย กว้าง วิวดี พนักงานบริการดี แต่น้ำอุ่นร้อนไม่ต่อเนื่อง ปลั๊กไดร์เป่าผมในห้องน้ำใช้ไม่ได้ ห้องอาหารเช้าแมลงวันตอมค่อนข้างเยอะ
