Services are very good. Food is delicious. All members of the hotel are very hospitable, helpful and co-operatable. Mr Jay Batham and Mr Rakesh Ji both are good at their services. We literally enjoyed this hotel. Heritage rooms are very luxurious as compared to other rooms.. Nice view of the hotel.

Best: Pleasant stay at Champak bungalows. I would like to do special mention of Jay Batham from the resort who was very humble and welcoming, he took care of our bookings. Food was delicious too, overall the best getaway from the city heat. Good: Restaurant staff, housekeeping, gardeners were all very humble and welcoming. OK: Consistency in overall service at all user interaction points could make the customer experience “Wow” like: Welcome drinks could be served to all guests or to none. Bath towels at swimming area could be made available to everyone or to none. Selective service or service at your convenience might put other customers off. Overall a great stay, I would definitely recommend this and would love to come back here.

My stay was really good staff and everything was great.. had a really good experience and food was really great.. we enjoyed alot must recommend place in pachmari to stay .. rooms were spacious and clean .. pool was also clean and gardens are also well kept…

It was great to stay at Champak Bungalow, beautiful property with lots of greenery, ample space for kids playing area, very nice behaviour and very cooperative staff members, big swimming pool with clean water, very good restaurant with delicious food......And lots more.

Awesome stay at nature lap property, having best thing is food taste, variety, staff service. Room quality may improve also to be added dental kit and small addition makes more worthful stay. Overall must stay place and Pachmari. For family stay really must go place

It's one of the best available options in Panchmari. It has everything which you can think your family need in vacation. I like rooms, hospitality, swimming pool, food etc etc. Must visit here when you go to Panchmari and enjoy your fullest.

Location, was great, staff were very cooperative and very well behaved, its a home away from home, food was good with quality and variety. Ambience and garden was good. Can visit again and again. Staff will make you feel like you are at home...
