Super 8 by Wyndham Owensboro

Our room was clean and updated, bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Also, they had Dunkin Donuts and coffee in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

BED BUGS. Yes, there were bed bugs in my bed and i have the pictures and bites to prove it. Luckily, i saw one crawl by my head before I fell asleep. I grabbed it and threw it in the sink. I Google image searched it and sure enough, bed bugs. I saw two at the time. I went to the front desk and told the guy what was going on. He seemed surprised and moved me to another room and let me check it before he assigned it to me. He was nice enough but didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I went back to get my things from room 115 and checked the bed again. Now, there were 5 bugs that I could see crawling around. I'm sure there were more than that hiding but I wasn't going to look for them! The next morning I called the manager asking for a refund and she said she would look into it and call me back that day. I never heard anything and called her back the next business day. Since I booked through ******* she was waiting to hear from them so she could initiate the refund. She said they found 2 dead bugs but that's it. Well, I guess who ever stays in room 115 will have to let them know otherwise. She never really apologized and basically treated me like I was exaggerating or being untruthful. Again, never got a call back so I called ******* and they called the hotel on my behalf. I did end up receiving a refund but I never heard from the manager again. This was handled so poorly and I would never have taken the time to write this had they handled it appropriately. I will not be back.

There was a fight in the next room no fault of management but they handled it

This was the 3rd time we have stayed here because it was so good! Great price! Newly renovated! Dunkin Donuts 24/7 available in the lobby. Shower head was so nice! We will be back next time.

The lady checking us in was super sweet. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy.

This hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms have hardwood/laminate flooring which is much better/nicer than carpet in my opinion. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of water pressure in the shower. The desk person was very nice and helpful. Great hotel!!

Great Breakfast. Adequate parking except for the last night of our stay. Had to park off site and walk to hotel.

A comfortable and affordable place to stay.

Coffee and donuts were available throughout the day.
