一家二星級的酒店，是汽車旅館，早餐還行，很多飲料，安全問題還是沒問題，前台服務員熱情，確實是很不錯的酒店。

按照品牌酒店訂的但是感覺落差有點大。我住過的華美達酒店真的不是這樣的。我印象中此名酒店都是4星及以上。沒有想到到了酒店才知道是2星。與價格完全不符！

整體還可以，就是風機聲音有點大，最後要關了才能睡覺

The check in process was easy and the guest services agent was so sweet! The main lobby is beautiful and so was our room. Very clean, ample parking and quiet where our building was.

This motel is built in sections. The parts near the road are old and rather shabby but the newer parts off the road near the river are very nice. Fortunately I was assigned a room in this section.

The heating system wasnt good, we were 3 and there were only 2 towels and one bed not 2 as advertised, breakfast only atarted at 7. Bathroon exhaust was noisy

Property was on a great location, beside a river. On bottom floor could hear customers in floors above. My husband said breakfast last year was great. This year not to same standard.

The room was ‘fine’ albeit tired and small. But it was clean. With the standard of hotel/motels these days, unfortunately this property was a little lacking on the details - not bottled water in the room ( I asked for one from the front desk, and $2 was added to my bill), limited, low quality toiletries. Not really comparable to other hotels standards…

The location is amazing. Easy to get around Ottawa from here. Rooms are comfortable. Staff very attentive.

Overall, a nice clean place to stay for less $$ Hot Breakfast was just fine (not too many items or fancy), but better than just cereal and muffin like some places that cost more. Nice staff, Very clean rooms and grounds. Views of the River from most rooms. I'd stay again fore sure !!

Cheap sound insulation . Small beds and the furniture need a refresh lots of dammages.

Hotel was under construction didn’t know about that hot was terrible one good thing was a hot breakfast that was nice
