Great location, service was a bit on and off, as staff was not always the most helpful. In any case, I'd definitely recommend over other choices nearby. I'll definitely stay again, and hope that meanwhile staff is a bit more professional.

酒店在路邊，門比較低調，要注意看一下，房間衞生，但是不是特別寬敞，畢竟在渥太華市中心位置是真的很好，出行很方便。基本上週邊的地標性景點和建築都能步行到達。

Such a lovely spot! Easy to get to Byward market, the Parliament buildings, the National Arts Centre - all in just a few minutes of walking. The only thing I would note is that this hotel no longer has a pool. They have a lovely gym instead, but that was disappointing for my kids. If you look at older guest reviews, you may see a pool but there isn’t one. Nonetheless, this place deserved a top review, as overall it is fantastic and the staff are delightful.

Very beautiful, comfortable hotel with incredible aesthetic. Room was spacious and quiet - loved having a coffee in the hotel atrium which had a wonderful vibe. Many great restaurants walking distance. Brunch at the French restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Hotel is close to parliament buildings, museums and Byward market. Easy walking to many of the Ottawa's great restaurants and pubs.

Flooring material was worn and creaked when walking on it.
Hard not to wake someone up in the night, when travelling with family.
