Ulasan Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa West - Nepean

We had 2 fire alarms in 2 days, nobody told us when we’ve made the reservation. Fiest time ppl we’re afraid , we had to go outside… NO STAFF explain nothing to us for too much time. I asked at the front desk and the woman there just ignore me. The other woman that was there didnt either explain I had to asked what’s going on is it a practice or not ? Ppl were actually afraid… She told yeah in the most nonchalant way. Also when we arrived, there was still hair and stuff in the bathroom that I had to remove. Ive check in early I must say but they told it was ok that the room was ready. Clearly it was not 100% clean. Breakfast is very VERY basic. I had to told front desk that coffee was empty… Plus, the first guy that welcome me at the front desk was not sympathetic. If you have the budget to go elsewhere just do it.

I highly recommend this place the price wasn’t not bad either compared to the other hotels in the area.

Good hotel

Nous avons passé qu'une seul nuit, mais tout était parfait. Très propre, là courtoisie des employés était très bien.Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'essayer la piscine, mais elle a l'air bien. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner c'était comme si on mangeait au restaurant. Beaucoup de choix pour tout le goût. Je vais y retourner certainement et je le recommande.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. Everything at the hotel was good, except that the room was not serviced every day and I had to ask at the desk for it to be cleaned. This happened on 2 occasions.

Very nice hotel, would definitely stay here again. I must admit the sign in the lobby and in the room about the safety of the area and don't walk around alone or answer your door was quite concerning.

The hotel was clean and bery comfortable Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue i had was I was unable to use the pool in the evening as there were swimming lessons and many men on the deck in their boots and coats watching. Felt uncomfortable.

Good basic hotel, breakfast is nothing crazy but just ok. The check in was smooth and fast. Room are good

An absolutely gem of a hotel. Tons of amenities, amazing staff, close to a slew of dining options, shopping, etc. everything is literally a quick Uber ride away! Will definitely stay again!

Good place to stay, quiet and lots of good parking. Staff was very friendly and very clean

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.The staff was very helpful and pleasant.The breakfast was first rate. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it.

Great staff service, nice people. Like the included breakfast. Has the basic amenities. Like the room a lot, spacious. The sofa bed is a bit noisy (metal cranking) when moving on it, but nothing serious. Overall great stay, would come here again.

Lovely, clean hotel. Quick check in. Nice, clean room. Pool was freezing! Toilet would not flush, tried to call the front desk and housekeeping - neither answered!
