Location: Around +/-30 mins walk from JR Otaru station and bus interchange. Very steep uphill slope covered in thick snow and slippery icy pavements. Fortunately, kept luggage in the locker in JR Otaru station before heading to accommodation. Every room is housed in an individual container. Ideal place to stay during spring, summer and autumn. Attraction: Great if one is driving as most attractions are quite far from this accommodation. Unless you know which bus stop the sightseeing bus or bus to Mt Tengu Ropeway will stop at, best is to take these buses from the bus interchange at JR Otaru station which is around +/- 30 mins walk from the accommodation.

Overall is acceptable for the price we paid. If driving, may need to use google map for more accurate location. Self check in was easy. Need about 15-17 minutes walk to Otaru canal and major attraction. The room is comfortable and clean. Plenty of free parking lots.

A perfect experience, the car is at the door of the room, very convenient, not far from the city center, and the service is friendly. The room feels very spacious compared to other hotels. Overall very satisfied

You can stay cheaply during the peak season in Hokkaido. Parking is free, which is especially good for those traveling by rental car. You can think of the interior as a caravan without a kitchen. It's a bit cold on winter nights. However, if you keep the heater on, it's fine.

After a tiring day, I returned to the hotel and was about to go to bed. When I lifted the quilt, I found two long hairs. Then I opened the cup on the bed next to me and found many black hair balls and a short hair stubble. There were also yellow spots and stains on the quilt. It was already 12 o'clock in Hokkaido, so I called the front desk to ask how to deal with it, and they asked if I could change the room. I thought the attitude of the front desk was OK, so I just moved there. Since everyone was traveling, they must have large and small packages to take, which were quite heavy. The front desk told me that the password to the other room was the same as the password to the original room. Then I went out in my pajamas and coat. It was already past 12 o'clock outside and the temperature was minus 3 degrees. I couldn't open the door of the new room. I called the front desk again and reported the problem. The front desk was also changing the password slowly. I stayed in the minus place for 5 minutes. After I moved to the new room, the first thing I did was to pick up my phone to record the video of the quilt. As a result, there were hairs on both beds. One bed was even more disgusting, similar to human *****. I reported it to the front desk again. The front desk was also very silent. I asked how to deal with it? Doesn't your hotel clean? She said she didn't know either. I said how to deal with it? Then she asked if I could change the room. I said I didn't agree, because there were hairs in both rooms, and there would definitely be hairs in the next room. She asked what my wishes were. She asked if I could cancel the order. I said if you cancel the order, where will I sleep tonight? She said we could stay there tonight and the money would be returned the next day. I said that was fine. I just hung up the phone and was about to take a shower and rest, but when I picked up the towel, there was a false eyelash stuck on it... It really made me speechless and disgusted... I came to Hokkaido to have a happy day, but this hotel made me disgusted. The next morning, the front desk clerk knocked on the door and said that she didn’t see any hair in the room where I stayed last night. She probably meant to deny the debt and didn’t want to refund us. I said that I took photos and videos of the bed in the first room last night. I asked, "Do you have anything else to say?" I also took a video of the second room, then she apologized and left. Just after checking out, my phone received a text message from the hotel: I have confirmed room 116. It is well used. We are also in the locker room. No refund. Thank you for your understanding. ... It is really disgusting.

A must stay if you drive, self check-in, the room is clean, there is a supermarket or 7-11 next to it, and it is close to Linyou Market where you can have breakfast. It is a little far away from the Otaru Canal, but not too far.

Overall, the hotel equipment is very new and well-equipped. The hotel registration staff has very good service. The container truck room has an alternative feel. The CP value is very high. It is very suitable for self-driving travel.

The location is a bit far from the subway station, about 15 minutes walk, and there is a supermarket nearby, about 5 minutes walk. Overall, it is more suitable for self-driving, and the scenery is beautiful

The hot springs are pretty good, with outdoor and indoor pools, and the buffet dinner is nice, with salmon and sweet shrimp. You must order a meal package, because I got up late and didn't have breakfast, which was a pity.

I was disappointed because there were no Korean reviews, but I was satisfied with everything except the location. It was a bit difficult because I had to drag the carrier uphill. I don't think it would be suitable in winter when there's a lot of snow. There was a female staff member to help with self-check-in. I was worried about safety because it was a trailer hotel, but I felt reassured because there was a double lock. The gas water heater installed in the room made a noise when using hot water, so it was a bit noisy. There is a 7-Eleven about 150m away. The bedding was very clean. When I self-checked out in the morning, two employees were diligently cleaning.

When you search for it on Google Maps, it takes you to a strange road. Considering the price, it's not a bad choice if you have a car.

The hotel is very good, very close to Hakodate JR, a few minutes walk, suitable for travelers with suitcases. The room is quite large compared to other hotels and very clean!!

The uphill road is high and it is located in a deserted area, so it is difficult to go alone in the evening. However, there is a Seven convenience store nearby and it is a 12-15 minute walk to the Otaru Canal. It's not that bad!
