Menginap dengan nyaman di hotel ber***a onsen Jepang ini. Sarapannya enak dan fasilitas onsennya juga bagus. Layak untuk menginap satu malam.

The hotel is quite new, location is somewhat close to subway station. Room size is decent with everything available. I don't like that they don't make up your room so you have to do it yourself. Besides that, it is nice that they have onsen bath so we can relax after long day of walking. They also have night snake noodles and ice cream bars so you can cool down after taking bath. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

Amazing place with very comfortable room - they have free ramen from 2130-2300h that also includes a drinks dispenser. There is 24/7 massage chairs and the onsen at the top level made for a very good reason to come back and decompress after a long day out. Also check out the cafes across the street, highly recommended with an amazing view of the river. Will come back again!

Overall I rated 5 stars for my stays. The service was great, welcome dessert in the fridge and luggages are send in our room before we check-in. The room is clean and we feel comfortable for our stay. Free soba supper also a great especially we need to have some hot soup during the night. Hotspring experience also great and feeling good. Will definitely look for natural hotspring hotels for my next Japan trip.

Pillow too soft, needed to ask for extra pillows. Breakfast was great.

Very comfy bedding, decent sized room (for Japan) but definitely paying for that extra space, not a cheap hotel. Onsen was very good. One of the best onsens in a hotel in a big city I’ve had. Although you have to bring your own towels from your room. Complimentary popsicles for refreshments after onsen. Location is in a fairly quiet area. The hotel is in between 2 subway stations.

I visited the TikTok-famous onsen hotel, and while it was a bit pricey for a solo traveler, I can understand the hype after staying there. The room was clean and spacious for one person, though it might feel cramped for families. They provided free ice cream and yogurt drinks after the onsen, and soba at night! The breakfast spread was good, though I wasn’t very hungry, so I didn’t get to try everything. They also have unlimited matcha, coffee, and soft drinks available, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent, and I had the onsen all to myself, followed by a great night’s sleep. For those with tattoos, you can request stickers at the counter to cover them before entering the onsen. Overall, the experience was great.

While the location is a bit of a walk from the subway, I truly appreciated the experience. The onsen was fantastic, and having free snacks and drinks available made it even more enjoyable. Overall, I found this place to be quite lovely, and it made my visit very memorable.

Very good to rest during in Osaka. I am very enjoying hot-spring. The soba is good taste. I will be back soon.

This is the second time I choose this hotel. My daughter likes it very much, especially the late night ramen. The staff is also very friendly and there is no problem communicating in English. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. There is a convenience store right outside the door. It is a little far from the station, but it doesn't feel that far if you take the underground.

Great location. Very close to the train station which will get you to most attraction in Osaka. Love the late night noodles session. Onsens are available but less compared to other branchs I have stayed before. Still a valued purchase.

The hotel is small. Restaurant is also small. The location is not convenient for travelling to the main shopping plaza or street.

the hotel was really really clean the the onsen was amazing. However do note that the price DOES NOT include housekeeping which was really annoying ngl. location wise, it was a small walk from the station but the surrounding was really quite as it was in an office area.  but other then that it was a really pleasant stay.
