Ulasan Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring

Food : complementary food is fantastic and delicious Like ramen for supper and pear pudding in the room fridge. Ice cream sticks after the sauna pool. Drink : complementary black coffee is great in the morning. Luggage storage : very pleased with the service and friendly reception staff to help out and able to keep the luggage until we shop late afternoon. Hotel location : surrounded with google five star rating food to shopping mall from branded to IT gaming technology. Easy access to train but with 2 big luggage 2 small luggage and bags recommended take taxi as the lift to station not really accessible.

Considered as a good location hotel in Osaka, however the amenities are rather old and the restaurant and onsen can be very crowded.

The hotel was accommodating, we bought from stuff from Tokyo and had it shipped to Osaka 4 days in advance, the hotel kept our stuff way in advance. Check in supposed to be at 3pm, we arrived at 1pm (not expecting the rooms to be ready but it was!) and managed to check in. The whole hotel is shoes off (tatami style) - so you either leave your shoes at the shoes locker or bring them up to your room. Room is definitely small (as per most Jap hotels) but it was still considered slightly bigger than other hotels. Location was good because it was just beside Dotonburi street. Nambai station was also just a traffic light away. There was a 7/11 just next to the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel provides free udon from 930pm to 11pm and free probiotic drink from 10am! and free ice cream in the evening too. The onsen was small but it was good to have onsen after tiring and long day. The only downside I felt was the hotel was very very crowded (might be due to holidays in HK/Taiwan). There is no housekeeping services so you need to put your towels and trash outside your door every morning and they will replace new towels for you. But no changing of bedsheets etc.

The hotel location is excellent.  One can enjoy traditional onsen at Osaka downtown which is great experience

The most wonderful stay here, with plenty of things to do in the hotel itself and around it. The hotel was clean, with very clear check-in information given verbally and on the leaflet. We enjoyed complimentary ice creams, yakult and midnight ramen. The amenities were great. The breakfast options were some of the best from our Japan trip. Could not recommend this hotel more!

First time in Osaka and highly recommend the is hotel. Even I didn’t have cleaning services but towels at the front door in timely. Free yummy noodles and ice cream and hot spring every night felt so good! Hotel location is so convenient to everywhere (the famous visiting place in Osaka) and only 5 mins walk to train stations.

It is a good hotel , good location, I will come back again if I come to Osaka next time

Great hotel if you looking for some classic ryokan style. Location is great, short walking distance from dotonbori albeit a little far from nearest train station. But the water provided in the room was lacking. Unlike other hotel that we visit in japan, we could only ask for additional water as many as the number of person staying in the room which was problem for as traveling with toddler.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room is quite small and hot water pressure was intermittent at the top floor. However we enjoyed the hot spring and free ramen in the evening.

Very conveniently located. Breakfast is ok but was told open at 630am but only to find out it open at 7am which means a bit tight as we need to join a tour at 8am somewhere else. .

Onsen was nice. soba and ice cream also. We loved the concept of onsen directly in the hotel. Great stay!

Location is good, the onsen is good. Can check how busy the onsen is from hotel tv which is convenient, love the free ice cream after! Breakfast is great. Room is a little small but understandable in centre of Osaka. Nice Japanese decor and atmosphere.
