The place is so awesome! I just left for Fukuoka and am sad to leave the place. The first day my buffet blast had this fish which was so good! Everyday the place is clean and food is awesome! Very near the train station!  Also it’s very near a lot of convenient stores and just above a supermarket it’s simple awesome!

Overall a good stay , stay there for 5 nights . house keeping is good , and staff are friendly too ! location is superb , TV is smart too ! able to access netflix and youtube , but no mineral water provided . overall a pleasant stay

This is hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and polite. Room is also spacious compared to other hotel in Japan.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to the metro line and near the main shopping area. It offers good soundproofing, reasonable prices, and a 24-hour supermarket right next door.

Super central location in Osaka. Great to be near the shopping district with access to the subway. The AEON supermarket at the building is awesome with the McDonald just round the corner. The few issues, there is not driveway for car pick up and drop-off. Room is on the small side, luggage storage area can get over crowded and staff are generally helpful.

The breakfast room is clean and delicious meal New hotel the lobby is on the second floor Besides the yodobauashi subway station the lift exit is opposite the hotel and the inter junction with nipponbashi stations around 5 minute, The underground pathway of subway station have Starbucks ( open until 22.00pm) the beside hotel have McDonald’s, Eion mart open 24 hour It is comfortable to travelling in Osaka because the yodobayashi station in 1 next station to namba station and Shinsaibashi sta too . We can walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street

Very good location with walking distance to various metro stations and famous walking retails street Shinsaibashi . Room is clean and neat and front desk is with good services

Hotel was conveniently located right next to one of the entrances of Yotsubashi Station (which can easily be used to reach places such as Namba) and was within walking distance of Shinsaibashi as well. There is a small mart located right below the hotel where many necessities (e.g. food, drinks, toiletries) can be gotten. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. The rooms were mostly neat and clean (with a small fridge and shampoo/soap/conditioner provided) albeit on the tinier side. That aside, it more than suffices for travellers.

Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable, staff at the check in counter were very helpful and lovely easy to communicate with, location was amazing super close to everything and there is a 24 hour supermarket located underneath. I would recommend this place for couples.

Check in too late at 3 pm , and check out too early at 10 am , that shows cleaners are insufficient and inefficient.

A very nice hotel for couple! Location is a bit far from Shinsaibashi main street but still acceptable. There is public carpark just near the hotel and it's quite cheap. (hotel also provide carpark space but more expensive) The hotel room is big enough for us (with a sofa and table is just perfect for us when we having our supper). The staff are also nice and helpful! Definitely will visit this hotel next time!
