Sadly due to hurricane Milton, we couldn't enjoy our full duration of stay.

Awesome room. Great view. Spectacular staff and maintenance. Great remodel. You will love this hotel. Awesome pool. So many animals to see and the night safari is just fantastic. Book with confidence.

I was very excited to stay at this hotel, which has a traditional atmosphere of the ethnic culture living in the African savanna. I think you can see all the animals during the day, but you can't see anything after dark, so I recommend checking in while it's still light. You can buy refills for unlimited drinks during your stay at the official hotel at a restaurant called Mala.

Two beds, full of Disney elements. I really like the waffles for breakfast in the hotel, which are also Mickey Mouse. There are really several kinds of animals running around in the hotel, including twin giraffes walking around.

The balcony can directly see the animals. Although the hotel has a history, it is well preserved and very clean. I was worried about the hygiene problems of the old hotel before, but it does not exist at all. The staff is enthusiastic and the swimming pool is clean. I will stay again.

I chose this hotel because it is convenient and allows early entry to the park. Other things are fine. If you are going to Disneyland for a few days, you can choose this hotel.

Every day when the baby and her father wake up, they go to the balcony to wait for the giraffes to come over for dinner. They can go out to play after watching them. There is a special bus waiting area to go to all parks. It is very convenient to go every 30 minutes (you can see the real-time waiting time on the Disney World App. When you check in, the staff will help you bind the hotel to this app). If you need any service in the hotel, you can use a smart device in the room to summon a crew member. The staff are very enthusiastic. There are many activities in Jumbo House alone. I stayed in the hotel for a day to eat and walk, but it was still not enough. I hope that when the baby is older, I will have the opportunity to come back to play. I didn’t play in the swimming pool, game room, night tour, etc.

You can see all kinds of cute animals when you open the door, which is the main reason why I booked this hotel. It is very suitable for families with children. The hotel also has a water park. Although the hotel is relatively old, it is very clean and the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic.

Although there were some hiccups, Ctrip services are still online. I feel safe when choosing Ctrip when I go out. At least I feel that the service is thoughtful and responsible. Traveling with protection is the most peaceful thing. The photos and videos were all taken in the room and are real and effective. Very cool.

You can see zebras, wildebeests, giraffes and some big birds on the balcony. It is quite far from Magickingdom and the only way to get to the park is by bus.

At first they wouldn't let me stay in the hotel because of my little dog, a Serbian dog, but I asked to clarify with the manager and it was resolved even though I had already made the request in advance. The rest was incredible, wonderful hotel, a dream, good service and location, 2 pools, wonderful, many activities to do. children I recommend it

The place is not like the photos, they don't even have a little train to see the animals, you can only see them from a very small place, The rooms that overlook the savannah area where you supposedly see a lot of animals, it is not true either you see one or two and if you get lucky. The place sells more for being a Disney brand than for what it is, it's not worth it!
