The location, cleanliness, and kindness of the staff are all good to go on a business trip. I think it's the best around here.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom. Room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. One of the sliding doors in the master bedroom was loose but staff were quick to react and fix.

Location of the hotel is convenient for me. There are some restaurants/cafe around and metro is like 3 minutes away. Gym is good, pool is indoor but I like the balcony to relax. The room itself is clean and modern, just the AC is a bit noisy.

I highly recommend. Will book again :)

Had a really nice stay at Residence G SZ. Hotel is very close to subway and bus station. The room is really clean and comfy and staff are nice.

The hotel is new and stylish, managed by the French, and many foreigners live here. The back door of the hotel is the subway entrance, and the transportation is convenient. The front desk staff during the day and night shifts are very friendly and the service is great. The dining in the executive lounge is also very good. I will stay here again when I come to Nanyou next time!

Family tour booked 2 rooms at a time, before departure has informed the hotel please try to arrange the same floor, when the store check in the hotel has been arranged, commendable. Room decoration materials obviously not maf, good sound insulation, good bedding, personally think six-star hotel class, breakfast is good, afternoon tea and cocktail provided food is very good, because there is the next destination, helpless to check out, otherwise will stay more days. Also want to especially praise the two male staff at the front desk, and the female staff during afternoon tea at the restaurant on the 11th floor, the service is really super good super in place 👍 This is a hotel I look forward to staying again
