Kartu kamar memungkinkan Anda memasuki taman terlebih dahulu. Sebaiknya pergi di musim panas. Anda dapat menikmati kolam renang di lantai bawah. Kami harus mengenakan mantel di pagi dan sore hari selama Tahun Baru Imlek. Fasilitas hotel adalah a agak tua dan kebersihannya rata-rata, untungnya harganya bisa diterima.

Lokasi luar biasa dan sangat nyaman bagi siapa pun yang mengunjungi Universal Studios. Kolam renang adalah suatu keharusan dan hotel ini secara keseluruhan sangat ramah. Sorotan: antar-jemput bandara (berbayar, Universal ShuttleStar), transportasi bus ke Citywalk sepanjang hari setiap beberapa menit (termasuk), pintu masuk taman lebih awal (termasuk), kolam renang buka hingga jam 10 malam, pasar dan Starbucks di lobi. Dan, nilai tambah terbesar bagi saya adalah kenyataan bahwa mereka tidak memiliki aturan check-in yang ketat: selama mereka memiliki kamar yang tersedia, Anda dapat check-in (jika Anda bepergian di jam-jam gila bersama anak-anak, ini berarti semua perbedaan!). Stafnya luar biasa, sangat ramah dan membantu meskipun hotel sangat sibuk setiap saat. Kamarnya bersih - Anda tidak mendapatkan layanan setiap hari tetapi Anda dapat meminta apa pun dan mereka meninggalkan Anda di depan pintu Anda. Sekali lagi, meskipun hotelnya sangat ramai, anak-anak berlarian ke mana-mana, semuanya bersih setiap saat. Pasti akan menginap lagi.

Lokasi hotel bagus dan ada layanan bus antar-jemput ke taman dan kembali. Tapi waktu check in setelah jam 4 sore sudah terlambat dan saya harus menunggu sampai jam 5 sore agar kamar saya siap untuk check in. Tidak ada air mineral gratis yang disediakan di kamar tidak seperti hotel lainnya.

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Of the four elevators only two were functioning. So there was always a wait for them.

位置好好，酒店衞生很乾凈，服務人員非常細心和耐心，房間可能剛翻新過，每次回房間都有很大的油漆味，可能是住10樓的原因，水壓有點小。

房間很乾凈，環境也很好

非寒暑假淡季期間入住本酒店，環球影城提前1小時入場兩園一天可以玩完。環球影城外Red Oven Pizza 可以去試試。

酒店房間非常多，設施簡單，住店時天氣正好降温，房間內衹有一個薄毯子，空調衹有製冷。作為度假村酒店房間內沒有微波爐，酒店地理位置比較好，酒店到環球影城有免費的shuttle, 每15分鐘一班次，可以提前1小時入園。

酒店很大，很繁忙，都是來環球的遊客，每層都有公用的洗衣房，衞生還可以…
