The location is very gd it’s facing Icon Park
The room was clean which is the most important point
Breakfast was like any breakfast in other hotels

Stayed for 5 nights and the staff were very friendly and professional. The building itself could use some maintenance and renovation from aging, but it is very clean and the room itself was clean and adequate. Completely worth the price and the location is walking distance from lots of attractions and food.

The property is ideally located close to all the parks, restaurants and amenities. The hotel itself is a bit dated and old. It has a musty scent, the halls are dimly lit and the laminate off the walls are peeling. The reception area is very nice but the rooms and halls need some TLC.

the door was broken look like somebody trying breaking in before we let the property manager know and they switched us to a different room next day and the other room had the same issue felt very unsafe there having my kid with me

This property needs inside renovation and most importantly needs a new elevator. Only 1 elevator and it is snail slow. In the Breakfast area various people and their children don't follow good hygiene. I believe Kids should be left at dining table and adults should follow proper hygiene.

Arriving I found stained sheets, when I asked to please get someone to change them a not very polite girl at the front desk told me without even apologize that she will bring the sheets upstairs to change the bed MYSELF. Never seen this before and even with a rude actitud from staff. Also, free breakfast was not very good. Boiled eggs smelled and taste weird. Not staying at this hotel any more.

I enjoyedbthe stay. Like i had said before everything was awesome but the toilets are way to short or close to the ground. I had a hard time getting up off of the toilet.
