Everything about this place is amazing! They have a plethora of pools and they always answer at the front desk. It’s easy to get towels even though the resort is huge! They are a great help and offer great deals for seaworld and water parks nearby.

Do not recommend to others for a family vacation. Not well organised. The resort is huge and you will have to get to the main entrance first to have a ride with Uber or Lfyt. I did not drive but it seems that the parking space is very crowded for anyone who brings a car.

Was told the rental boats would be open and they weren’t. We had no lawn as they dug it up because a landscaping crew killed it. Our rooms were falling apart. The sliding doors to the closet were broke off the hinges attached to the wall. Our screen in porch screen was all falling apart and couldn’t close back door. Our ac unit wasn’t working, our mirror was falling off the wall. The hot tub turn valve were not fixed to the valve and my daughter who was 2 years old was playing with it in her hand. There was plumbing pipes underneath our bed. We changed our room 2 times. Whenever we Called the front desk we were told they would send someone up to fix these issues but most of the issues couldn’t have been fixed within minutes but were told they had no time frame or estimate when someone would come . We were there to enjoy our stay not be forced out of our room.

The property is like a massive housing complex except that it's a resort. All amenities are on site, dinning, shopping, sport and recreation. Staff are wonderful and friendly.

Very unhappy with stay i found that the hotel is not updated the rugs are dirty and the worst my daughter inlaw woke up with bed dug bites on her face I will never go back here agian

We absolutely loved our stay the food was delicious the games were so fun and the water park was a blast delicious drinks and snacks as well. We will 100 percent be back and bring the kiddos with us next time!
