Very dirty I won't be staying here again the bed was broken as well

Initially i asked them if they have any room on the main floor. They denied. They said the room i booked is on the second floor only. It was not mentioned on *******.
The room they gave me had another person in already. I put my key in to open the room door and the guy opened the door from inside .He was shocked..i was shocked at night.
then they changed my room. It wasn't a pleasant stay.

Location is great. Check in was quick and easy, staff were great. Property is very dated (could use massive renovation) rooms are clean however they are very old, beds are hard, curtains need working to get them to close properly. Heater in room wasn’t the best, if you like 19-20 degrees that’s roughly the warmest it got in the room. The entire location had a slight smell of cleaning product and antique store, it wasn’t horrible just odd. All the furniture was very old/damaged. The fridge in the room worked great. For the price it was a good place, we’ll go back again.

Room had a terrible smell. Felt very uncomfortable in the room the entire time. Water pressure on the sink was not great. Bathroom floors very sticky. Breakfast had limited to no options.

There seemed to be some unsavoury people around the property but didn’t feel unsafe. The back door was left unlocked for some reason which was a bit disconcerting. The room was clean, lacking a hair dryer and coffee maker.
