Cleanliness is an issue here there was even dirty pillowcases on our bed. Only for a one night stay so it wasn't enough for me to go complain but definitely cleanliness needs to be worked in

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I arrived at night on 2/9 & was given room 302. As I was putting my things away I slipped and almost fell. I noticed there was water on the floor between the closet area & fridge. When I looked at the closet area that is when I noticed a huge puddle of water. I saw the water marks on the wall & when I realized there was a huge hole in the ceiling, completely exposed. I called the front desk and Heather who checked me in told me they were fully booked for the weekend & that she wouldn't be able to assist me because there was no manager until 2/12. How could there be no manager all weekend, not even an on-call one? I had nowhere else to stay, so I had no other choice but to stay in the room. We used several towels throughout the weekend as the water kept leaking. There was never an offer for someone to come mop or cover the ceiling. These are health risks & I cannot fathom how such a room was given to a guest & IHG member. I had to call for 3 days before reaching a manager, Tony. I told him the day prior I spoke with Jose who said he'd give me a full refund. Tony said the best he could do was give me a discounted rate per night and 500 pts, which is nothing. He marked the case solved so not even ******* could help. This is not IHG's mission and I am extremely disappointed by this experience & how management handled it. I should not pay a single cent for such a room or service. I will never stay here again or recommend

Good, clean property, but the size of the room was cramped for being listed as a suite with 2 Queens Sofa Bed...not much walking room.

The property itself is nice. I reserved for two bedroom and ended up getting a one bed and a pullout couch on the day. We were supposed to check out someone in the staff opened our door and stood in the doorway while we were sleeping and said that they thought we were already checked out, there was not enough parking and the light switches were set up weird . other than that, the property is in a great location.

The area is nice. Close to shopping centers and restaurants but I disliked the odor of the bed sheets. They smelled like they had already been used.

My room, had smelt like cigar smoker but others than that it was okay. Just need a night to stay so the smell was okay for sleeping there.

The hotel is very clean and bed super comfortable, the breakfast is healthy. I like this hotel I recommend

close to food spots and lots of shopping centers. very friendly staff and clean room

We were not given the room that we had booked with *******. We booked and payed for 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Instead we were given a king and sofa and then provided a rollaway bed. The king and sofa were not comfortable. A bad experience overall
