We stayed two nights and 3 days at the property and had an amazing experience. Pros: - The rooms are quite large and well kept. - The food was fresly prepared and pretty good for the price. We also got customised baby food for the baby from their kitchen. - The staff were very helpful and courteous. There is arrangement to dry clothes in the balcony. - gyeser for warm water is available. - The location is in very near to city centre and there is a big mart in walking distance if you need some grocery related items. Overall it was a great value for money and exceeded our expectations. Would higly recommend. But in the end, some things to note: - there is a steep incline from main road to the property. Aged people might find the climb up and down a tad difficult. The distance is short though (maybe 20m)

*5/5 stars* "my family and i stayed at the akash rooms and cottages from 25 november to 28 november and had a wonderful experience! the hotel's location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Small room and their is no ac and no kettle and not good room. I saw one big centipede in the room. That’s why i’m so scared. Bed sheets are so wet and some bad smells

It's a nice hotel to stay with family. The hotel is located in the close vicinity of the ooty city. Lt is well decorated and neatly maintained. I stayed there for 3 days in october' 24. All the amenities were rightly provided like geyser and electric kettle. It is a good budget family hotel.

The location was easy to access. Room was neat & clean. Amenities like water geyser, electric kettle, large led tv, intercom phone, hair dryer & free car parking were available. I had breakfast, good preparation. Foods are served in rooms. The staff was very friendly. It was an excellent stay.
