Good and Neat service, highly recommended. Value for mone, rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Very close proximity to Botanical garden - naturally a good place for morning walk. In the middle of city - everything is very close by.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Rooms were cleaned properly. Room service was good. The food was tasty. The staff were very helpful. They were very polite and ready to support emergency needs like medicine, vehicle etc. The driver they arranged was also extremely cooperative and knowledgeable.

This hotel is the best hotel to spend with your family. Service is good. Food is good. Atmosphere is good. There are some improvement areas. Hot water is not available 24/7. Night time you will not get it.

I started at Ooty Vinayaga inn. Hotel ***ager Mr.Siva and staffs are excellent. They provide good services. And main thing is they are calling us and checking their services. Highly i will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is a very friendly hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent bathrooms, free Wi-Fi (which works best in the lobby) and a restaurant attached. There’s also a bar, which is a typical Indian “all male” affair, but also has friendly service. All the staff at the hotel are most obliging and it is handily located near the centre of town.
