Enjoyed my stay staff was nice even though I was accused of smoking and found untrue an apology was made overall really nice place to breakfast is great also

The room should not have been rented. The door had to be body slammed to open because the latch on the door was damaged. Hallways leading to the room were not finished. Spackel was smeared on the walls and left without paint.
Our room carpeting was dirty and had dog poo pushed into the carpet near the bed. The room smelled musty and dirty. Our air conditioner was loud and vibrated.
The manager that assigned the room was not friendly.
The pub attached to the hotel was dirty and the service was very slow. The food was very expensive.
I will not be staying at this hotel again.

only one of three elevators were working. We were on the 9th floor. Room cigarette smoke, no refrigerator or microwave. Will not stay there again

Clean & quiet. Room Needs repairs & updates. Broken toilet paper holder….. tub/shower floor peeling. No towel rack.
Wall & floor board broken at corner- paint is nicked up. Bed comfortable.

Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade; lots of damage to walls and furniture ; had to change rooms because sink wouldn’t drain. elevator was not working. Restaurant was not set up and several items were unavailable.

The cleaning chemicals used is our room burned our nostrils as soon as we entered. I thought it would go away, but it’s 6am and it’s still awful. My phone dropped behind the bed and I saw just how little they clean, and gummy worms and other trash was jammed down there. The mattress springs were noticeable. The food from the restaurant was inedible. A pizza with chicken dumped haphazardly on it with no care, and too much cheap cheese. I’m heading down to see the breakfast, but I suspect I’m better off anywhere else.
