The hotel is in a convenient location, on the third line, 300 m from the sea. Small, well-kept, all in green territory with a swimming pool. Good breakfast. Convenient transportation.

It's on the beach, 1 minute away, the room conditions and prices are similar, because it's in the hotel concentration area, parking is very difficult, it depends on luck whether you can find a parking space.

The boss is super nice! Because it's hard to park near the beach, we parked our car far away and checked in. After we told the boss, he kept helping us look for parking spaces. If there was a spot at the door, we immediately took it and drove! The hotel is very cost-effective near the beach, because there are some old hotels nearby, only this one has been recently renovated and the facilities are very new! The swimming pool is very clean, and there are uncles cleaning it every morning. The location is also super good, and you can reach the beach in a few minutes! We had dinner at the hotel on the first night to rest, and the dinner was also superb!

Although the room is simply decorated, it is tidy. The swimming pool facilities are clean and the location is convenient. It is within walking distance of the beach. The surrounding area is very lively at night. It is a good place for vacation.

The boss is a very enthusiastic old man, very enthusiastic, and most importantly, very patient. He wrote down for us where we needed to go and how to get there. He is a very nice person. The location of the hotel is also great. The beach is within a ten-minute walk. There are supermarkets and markets nearby. It is very lively.

1. The hotel is in the oludeniz beach area, about 200 to 300 meters away from the beach. If you want to go paragliding or island hopping, it is convenient to stay here. There are also minibuses to Fethiye city nearby. 2. The hotel is next to the bar street, which is noisy at night. 3. The breakfast is not very rich overall, especially the carbohydrates. 4. The hygiene and facilities are acceptable, there is also a small swimming pool, and the hotel appearance is also more exquisite. 5. The bed is too soft, not very comfortable, and has no support.

I had a lovely stay at this gorgeous hotel. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is just lovely. I stayed in the garden view 101 that had a big balcony and views of the mountain. My room was great, big bed and a wet room style shower. Nice touches with the free toiletries and coffee machine. Pool area was relaxing with a chilled atmosphere and the hot tub was great on a very hot day. Cocktails & food were tasty! I had a great holiday and can’t wait to be back next year. Thank you to the Unsal team who work very hard to make our stay enjoyable. Amy X

Besides the fantastic pool with great temperature, they have fast internet (＞400mbps). The view facing the mountain makes serenity feel unreal. The location itself is a plus point. It is close to the beach and the main tourist area. Breakfast is quite decent. It is highly recommended.

Really excellent hotel right in the heart of Oludinez with the beach only two minutes away. Beautiful large rooms and a lovely relaxed open air restaurant combine to make this a ‘must stay’ place. Add in a wonderful group of staff and chilled out pool area and you tick all the boxes!

Absolutely amazing. The staff here never get anything wrong. Couldn’t have been better looked after From the minute we arrived the reception staff the kitchen and the bar done everything possible to make our stay go well Was great to meet you all and sad to leave. We are a family of 5, that stayed in 2 rooms, it truly is a real gem, with AMAZING views (check the pictures below), staff are really nice and they provided excellent service. They are all very hospitable and accommodating to our needs. For example, we had a very early flight and that meant we were going to miss the breakfast buffet, but they agreed to pack us some sandwiches and fruits in a lunch box, which is honestly very nice of them. The hotel has a lovely garden pool with a relaxing atmosphere. It is really close to the beach (2 mins walking) and the main street with a lot of stores to shop. We had a good rest, would 1000% stay again! This hotel is worthy of way more than just 3 stars!! We totally recommend this place
