It was good. My two boys loved it. We chose this one because of the pool. I was haven surgery next day and wanted to treat my boys to hotel with a pool.

The mattress in the king room was no good at all; they added a topper to it which made is soft; but the mattress itself had zero support. Also, we went to get breakfast at 8am and when we returned at 9am; housekeeping was already in our room and just set or things aside and was preparing the room for next guests. This seemed like a safety/security issue when my thing are in the room and they leave door open as they clean.

The property and beds are a little older. That being said it was a great stay the staff were very helpful and kind. It’s was well kept and we felt comfortable.

I have atayed at thos hotel a few weeks ago for Business and this time noise in the hallway, rooms amd parking lot too.
The room is great fro a family of 3. It os lpcated close to various restaurant and the Quail Spring Mall.

We stay here quite a bit and usually do not have an issue. This time our biggest problem was that our bed was very hard which made it hard to get comfortable. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. I'm hoping that next time our bed is a little more forgiving.

Hotel was conveniently located to our venue. For the most part the hotel was clean. They ran out of wash cloths during our stay which was odd. About halfway through our stay I requested housekeeping. They didn’t sweep the floor or refill the toilet paper. I had to go to the front desk and get refill. Overall it wasn’t terrible but they could do better.
