We stayed 10 nights from 22 January. On arrival the floor in our room was very dirty and our bare feet bore the evidence. Unfortunately NO HOT WATER to wash them with and, !despite multiple complaints this remained the case for whole 5 days! Not even tepid water. We booked through ‘ **********’ paying a total £7074 plus £200 foreign exchange and 200 BD - just to stay in this all inclusive hotel,our BA flights were separate. It was just awful. The buffet was invariably poor & always cold, the dishes unlabelled and jars of jams etc and salad dressings looked messy, dirty and unappetisingly. The service in the main restaurants were very poor, 75 mins between courses in Aqua Terra and 2 hrs on a Tuesday when the beach BBQ took some of their staff. The food was poor as well - pumpkin risotto SO salty as to be inedible. Yet as the waiter removed my full plate, he said he hoped I had enjoyed my meal????!!! I was quite ill the whole stay which the staff were aware of, and this break was supposed to boost me up. Sadly it had the reverse effect and I returned home even more poorly. I recommend you look elsewhere, a different chain entirely. We are worldwide travellers and have never had such a poor experience in the most way out off the beaten track places in the third world. ********** and Sea Breeze have both ignored my complaint. One further point we had a young family next to us and one of their children screamed from morn til night starting at 5 am. He didn’t get on with his brother his mother said to us and wants to fight him. This family should have been catered for with an end room or in a place where they could all relax without knowing they were disturbing the people on either side, above and below. We had very little rest and the hotel knew this and again did nothing.
