Waited from 10pm to 1am in the morning. No signals in the area, had to use WiFi from a cafe across the street. Trip.com service helped me contact them when I first got to the hotel, and I also tried the phone number on the billboard later in the night. Eventually, I did not get in the room, no one from the hotel contacted me. I bought data roaming with my uk number to call them, I called them every twenty minutes for four times, they gave the same reply “we’ll contact people to get in touch with you”, and never did.
I had to sleep in the car this morning, since I’ve had waited till 1 am and I have activity scheduled at 8.
I would say it’s 100% the hotel’s fault, 10/10 for trip.com service but 0/10 for Ohiopyle suite.
