Ulasan The Kelvin Hotel

The room was acceptably clean. Bed too soft with no support. Location is quite good. The young lady who attended to me was very new. When i ask her some questions abt the car park charges etc, she could not answer. Another senior lady was too busy to attend to my questions. Service was not good in this aspect. Simple questions take too much time to revert.. Do note there isn't any wifi in the room, only common areas.

The worst service don’t think they know the meaning of customer service. Terrible hospitality wouldn’t ever stay again so many better places with kind hosts. Really unprofessional

フェリー乗り場からも鉄道駅からも近く、街にも歩いて行ける範囲なのでとても便利でした。 洗面台が狭すぎて顔も洗えないのは唯一の難点ですが、部屋は清潔でぐっすり眠れました。 部屋に紅茶もコーヒーもミルクも置いてあったので、色々飲めて良かったです。

酒店離火車站，碼頭，長途汽車站衹有百米距離。離最有名海鮮廳也有百米，非常方便。酒店很安靜。面朝大海，可以看到碼頭和夕陽西下，很美
