The hotel is just average

Everything was fine until we realized our room had another door leading to another room. This meant zero privacy and you can literally hear what’s happening in the next room.

Amazing stay! I wished I had found this place before my previous booking. A mistake in my arrival date forced me to look around the area to find another hotel when I found Amaan hotels. Best choice ever! Great service, location right by the beach, breakfast buffet was a feast and the rooms have all you need after a day by the beach and pool. I would definitely choose this hotel again!! Perfect for all types of travellers!!

Zanzibar was amazing. the bungalow was ok best part was it been situated on the beach and the friendly staff made the stay worth it. the services of Samera at the front desk was top notch.

Enjoyed the views. Absolutely stunning. Breakfast was great.

Good location and lots of facilities on-site including restaurants and massage places

Perfect location, the balcony is facing the beach. The environment is in African style and simple, don’t expect much luxury. The breakfast had not much western food. But ok, you are not at home. It’s in the middle of the nightlife spots. Africana, Istanbul and Cocobello are all in a 10 minutes walking distance. Fully recommended!

The rooms are all very old, the plumbing is all bad, the air conditioners are old and sometimes don't work, the staff is constantly doing something outside, rolling their carts with a rumble, and also talking loudly to each other and it is impossible to be in the room or near the pool, since the staff is constantly doing something. There is no peace in the hotel, and all thanks to the staff. They cheat and do not return the deposit for towels! The only plus is the location of the hotel, since it has its own exit to the beach. But when you go out to the beach you are attacked by Masai and other people with excursions! It's a wild hell!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful, and the atmosphere was nice. The only disappointing thing was that the only amenity provided was a half-used body cream, and the towels were not changed. I brought my own so it wasn't a problem.

The only positive thing I can mention is the location. The rooms and furniture are long overdue for renovation and replacement. No kettle and early check-out (10am).

Everything is ok, for the money it's an excellent price-quality ratio.

The environment is okay, the hotel is right next to the beach, and the beach is very clean. The furniture and decoration in the room are a little bit old, and there will be power outages from time to time, but everything else is pretty good.

The environment and location are good. The service is nothing special. There is nothing amazing or lacking. The location of Shengzai is good. If I have the opportunity to go again, I will consider it

Very bad. My whole body hurts when I sleep on the mattress. There is no TV. There is no internet in the room and no signal. The room service is not mentioned and no one will take the initiative to clean it. There are a lot of ants on the floor and the swimming pool is very dirty. Worst experience ever, mattress makes your body sore, blanket is rough, no TV, NO WiFi even no signal inside the room, the swimming pool looks dirty, no room service proactively, lots of ants
