Lovely hotel, comfy bed and lovely shower. Hotel reception where very friendly and attentive and the hotel is in a great location!

Friendly staff. Beautiful, modern room with a very comfortable bed. The room was a touch on the small side. Would recommend.

Fantastic stay. Staff extremely friendly, especially. John and Dominic who work behind the bar. The rooms are fabulous, showers amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're coming to Nottingham for trip.

Nie byliśmy zadowoleni, poprosiliśmy dwa razy obsługę o pomoc nie otrzymaliśmy jej, później dzwoniłam na recepcje kilka razy nikt nie odbierał, łazienka nie posiadała wszrskich oczekiwań, najgorszy hotel w jakim Do tej pory byliśmy.

Enjoyed our one night stay, to break our journey, comfortable bed and room helpful reception young lady.

Great place to stay. Really friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed rooms. Loved the lace themed decor. Breakfast was excellent. There is a £12 daily charge for parking.

Had a two night stay here which was fab, it’s easy to get to as it’s on a main road, parking was very accessible, staff were friendly enough, the pool and spa facilities were included in our stay which I view as a bonus, the room was quite small but still enough for what you need and very clean, I am definitely overall happy with my stay here.

Good location and bar area been done nicely. Bar service not great but ok. Corridors smelt of **** and hotel being used for housing I believe. Lots of arguing and shouting and police cars outside in the morning . Not a great advert. Rooms too hot. Breakfast nice all self serve . Probably wouldn’t stay again due to hotels use

I liked the fact that the property was not that far of a distance to get there that it was convenient for me.

A very warm welcome on arrival and everything I needed in the room. Good food and service in the restaurant. Great value for money.

The hotel itself was very well presented with modern decor and furnishings. The front of house staff were great as well as the bar staff. Breakfast staff not so attentive which was a shame. This having been my first stay at the hotel everything was very well explained. My room was small but adequate for what I needed, not a great night's sleep as the mattress was very soft. I like a nice firm mattress but beggers can't be choosers. There was a rather strong smell of something not so legal on my floor which was felt with as soon as I raised my concerns. Overall a lovely hotel and I would stay here again.
