We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional—every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. When we arrived a bit early and our rooms weren’t ready yet, the team kindly upgraded both of our rooms to suites, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It made our experience even more memorable. The property may be a bit older in style, but it’s well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The suites were spacious and cozy, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. One small note for improvement: the corridors had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which might be unpleasant for some guests. Perhaps in the future, adding air fresheners or refreshing the carpet could help with that. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

I can't say the location is good. But in the evening, you can see Indonesian culture around the lake. It's fun. It's nice to have a hairdryer. The staff are kind. I'm satisfied.

Helpful and friendly staff. No worries should you want to cook indoors room as induction stove, bowl and laddle included. Facing nice lake with lot of street food available

The hotel offers 4 ⭐, actually it's 1 ⭐, the service is poor and uncomfortable, also they don't understand so much English. Always misunderstanding communication. Even on the first day when I checked in the bedroom sheet unchanged. This is unacceptable for the 4 ⭐ hotel 🛏️ conditions. I do not recommend coming over this poor service. Also I did receive the phone call from the front desk if you check out time after 12:00 PM and will charge you another 50%++for the room price.

Apart from the facilities, the hotel is fine for a 3 stars. The facilities are dated, they are spacious and has a good balcony view of the lake. But every time one walks into the room to you have the strong old carpet smell from cigarettes smoke. The gym equipments are really dated and some of the dumbbells have rusts on them. Equipments looks like a last century gym.

Nice hotels although a little bit old fashion, but i love spacious room, standard service on reception and others.

Quite old hotel, but maintain well abd very kind. Foods also nice.

It was a good stay. The only issue is that the hotel needs to update itself. For example the plugs need to be changed in the rooms. Bathrooms need some refreshing up as well.
