Lokasi yang bagus untuk pemain ski pemula. Stafnya ramah dan membantu, kamarnya bersih. Anda bisa menyewa peralatan ski yang bagus dan membeli tiket lift di hotel. Tempat yang luar biasa!

Pemandian air panas luar ruangan dalam masa pemeliharaan panjang selama periode puncak Natal dan tahun baru untuk tahun kedua berturut-turut. Kamar-kamarnya sangat kecil dan toiletnya berbau pesing.

Kamar tidak terlihat luas seperti yang terlihat di foto, housekeeping hanya 2 hari 1 kali. Pilihan sarapan terbatas tetapi pemandangan kamar fantastis

Meskipun hotel ini memiliki beberapa fasilitas yang ketinggalan zaman, hotel ini memiliki berbagai macam atraksi dan sarapan yang lezat untuk mengawali hari.

thank you greenleafnisekovillage for the warm welcome much appreciated all the arrangments done early checkin upon my bus arrival at 11sth (normal is 3pm) late checkout at 1pm (normal is 11am) for me to bath n get change after my last day morning ride the juhyospa massage is wonderful shuttlebus drivers r so nice n helpful staff r super super nice n friendly its near season end (and acutally 31/3 is the last day) n they all had been busy the whole snow season they could easily keep their rules strict n not being nice  all these tiny things = a great experience to my stay

Perfect ski-in, ski-out resort for a couple. It had a great breakfast as well, and the room was super-comfortable. The onsen was small but very relaxing. The ski shop next door has the friendliest attendants and all the equipment you could need for a day on the Annapuri slopes. The lobby was comfortable with a gas stove and hot chocolate, and the four resorts in the same area all have a free shuttle that runs many times per day to the town of Hirafu and back, so you have plenty of options for shopping and restaurants nearby. Very nice place. We will return for sure!

Excellent location for those looking for convenient ski in and ski out hotel.  Hotel facility , food is simple and nothing out of ordinary but location compensated for everything!

Great ski hotel only limitation are the food

As we are taking ski lessons for the first time, we chose this hotel because of its easy accessibility to ski slopes, rental hire and lessons. Its not near to Hirafu centre, where many cafe and restaurants are located, although there is a free shuttle bus. The hotel is very dated with very small room and tiny bathroom. Feels more like a hostel. Rooms are cleaned only every 3 days. The plus was we got a room with amazing slope view. Reception staff are not helpful nor friendly. I will not recommend this hotel.

The experience was great. The location of the hotel is super convenient for family like ourselves. It takes little time to access both Annapuri and Hirafu. We didn't have enough time to try the slopes at Niseko Village though. The hotel is clean, and sufficient, since we spend most of the time in town / on slopes. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and make sure the information we got from them are accurate. I think this is very important. The hotel has its own hot spring and spa facilities which are bonus. It gives us a chance to relax after hitting the slopes for all day. Breakfast was great, variety was extensive, but it gets a little boring after 5 days eating the same food. The flavors were great and spot on though, no complains on the taste-side.

Ski in/ out resort , staff are helpful and kindness. Onzen was also a great things to us .

Onsen temperature not hot enough. Used disposable slippers not replaced.

Beautiful hotel with a nice onsen. The shuttle bus service could be a bit frustrating at times. Great to be ski on and ski out
