Tam Ha (one of the staffs) had assisted us throughout our stay. Easy to communicate. We reached the hotel around 7am and they let us rest in the massage room while waiting for the check-in time (2pm). At 10am - room was ready for us to check-in. She even upgraded our room and thus, we had bathtub 🥰. They lent us a steamer for us to iron our clothes. Bicycles available to stroll around town (free) and motorcycles available for rent at 60k dong for half day. They even had so many services which sadly we had no time to experience. We did try the complimentary tea time and it was nice to hv a chat at the rooftop with such perfect view. I would recommend this hotel. Service 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha even personally came to our room to check on us so that we didn’t miss our flight on the check-out day. The other staffs were also friendly and kind. They assisted us promptly. Technician helped to fix our room telephone and carry our baggage. Everything went perfectly well and this had contributed to our great time in Ninh Binh.

I enjoy the food and breakfast. Quiet and clean .the room is big ,good service and passion.

Нам тут очень понравилось. Красивый отель, эстетичный бар, немного вид из окна разочаровывал, на болото, но такое расположение.. до центра там кока, где все кафешки 5 минут на байке. Персонал решал любые вопросы, очень гостеприимное место! Бесплатно сауна и джакузи. Завтрак хороший. Дали хороший новый байк нам в аренду.

all of the staffs were very friendly n nice, good service and environment. the movie room were excellent, we had a great night there. hotel room was very clean also, there was balcony also. there was many variety of breakfast in the morning too

Excellent services by all the staffs especially Ms Wendy, nice food provided and there’s many fun activities to do in the hotel. Highly recommend and don’t hesitate to come! They’re all very friendly!😍😍😍😍😍😍 Must try pho!🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜

This hotel is in a quiet location in Tam Coc. It’s 1km to cycle into Town and only a few more km to Hang Mua. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms bright and airy and the bar always well staffed. The only complaint I have is that my room was right next to the lift and under the restaurant…the cleaners started early & it could be quite noisy at 5.45 am. My friends room also did not have a safe but mine did. We had a massage and used the pool, all facilities were in good order.

We only stayed for one night at Lalita hotel but had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly staff and the beds incredibly comfy! Also, the pool and hotel breakfast are great. All in all, very good value for money and would recommend to any weary travellers.

The Hotel is in a Good location close to activities and restaurants. The staff are very helpful. The food from restaurant is great including the complimentary breakfast. You can hire motorbikes and bikes from the Hotel. There is a great pool on the roof next to the bar and restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was also well stocked and able to mix drinks well. In particular Wendy was exceptionally wonderful and a delight to see her smile every day.
