Clean and good

Good food and good service.

Tam Ha (one of the staffs) had assisted us throughout our stay. Easy to communicate. We reached the hotel around 7am and they let us rest in the massage room while waiting for the check-in time (2pm). At 10am - room was ready for us to check-in. She even upgraded our room and thus, we had bathtub 🥰. They lent us a steamer for us to iron our clothes. Bicycles available to stroll around town (free) and motorcycles available for rent at 60k dong for half day. They even had so many services which sadly we had no time to experience. We did try the complimentary tea time and it was nice to hv a chat at the rooftop with such perfect view. I would recommend this hotel. Service 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha even personally came to our room to check on us so that we didn’t miss our flight on the check-out day. The other staffs were also friendly and kind. They assisted us promptly. Technician helped to fix our room telephone and carry our baggage. Everything went perfectly well and this had contributed to our great time in Ninh Binh.

I enjoy the food and breakfast. Quiet and clean .the room is big ,good service and passion.

Situated in a quiet street off the main road 10 min bike ride from the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc. Thor from reception was super helpful in arranging transport to local sights for us. Make sure you try Com Nieu Tam Coc for delicious clay pot stews across the road!

Good reviews, smooth check-in, clean and sanitary rooms, complete facilities, a pleasant stay. The noise from the kitchen can be heard in some rooms in the morning, but it basically does not affect rest.

I am very satisfied with everything. It is great value for money. I will come here again to enjoy my vacation next time.

Good structure. Good quality ratio

We really liked it here. A beautiful hotel, an aesthetic bar, the view from the window was a little disappointing, towards the swamp, but such a location... the center is coca, where all the cafes are 5 minutes by bike. The staff solved any questions, a very hospitable place! Free sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast is good. They gave us a nice new bike to rent.

The sound of the bed creaking, there is something like sand on the floor, there is no partition in the bathroom shower, and the floor is very slippery...

The receptionists are great. The facilities are a bit neglected.
