The hotel is really nice! location is convenient, there's also a parking lot nearby. interior of the room is modern, pretty new. There's a bathtub with a view. The only negative experience - room's ac. If you set the temperature and later on the room temperature reaches it, the ac turns off and never turns on during the night. It was a bit hot because of that. You can also have a delicious breakfast at a hotel's buffet, there are many different food options. It's not far from some attractions: 七塔寺，天主堂，月湖。 All in all I'm very satisfied with my stay here. 9/10!

The staff are very helpful and accommodating.  the room has all the basics, but could benefit  from a change of flooring  especially the area near the bathroom.

I was happy and satisfied with my overall stay in the hotel. I loved the food, service, and location. There were several varieties of foods to choose from. The housekeeping dept. made sure that we had clean linens and towels daily. They regularly emptied our trash, replaced the drinking water, and replenished our paper supply in our room. One more thing that I love about the hotel is its location. It was easy to get around the city and it's closer to the train station too. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my other friends who plan to travel in the future. I was able to rest well and had a refreshing holiday, indeed.

THE LOCATION IS GOOD .RESTAURENTS , BUS STOP NEARBY. THE BATHROOM AREA CARPET HAVE SOME PEE STAINS ON IT WHICH MUST BE CHANGED AS IT STINKS A LOT.

The stay was really excellent. We asked for a room with a bath and were upgraded at no cost. Thank you! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Location was amazing. All in all a very good stay. We will be back!

非常好的一個國內酒店品牌，完全出乎我的意料之外。一點都不比香格里拉酒店和萬豪酒店遜色。前台服務賓至如歸，是酒店培訓做的好。天冷了，晚上房間暖氣足啊！很舒服。我的內心是給酒店評分5分. 超讚👍。唯一的瑕疵就是餐飲部的早餐，大餅是放在啥紙袋裡，這個紙袋看上去也不像是食品袋，其它都完美。以後，我還會入住。

老牌凱利開元名庭大酒店，地理位置優秀，靠近地鐵站出行也很方便，周邊同時擁有諸如K11的大型商場。 到店登記入住過程順暢快捷，走的是中式禮儀風，前台態度熱情親切，大堂備有免費茶水。 房間整體明亮寬適，高清電視屏幕尺寸也大。易耗物料更換有序，溝通回覆及時高效。 FREE小型健身房可以做個簡單有氧和抗阻。 自助早餐品種選擇多，用餐時間寬裕，服務人性化且熱情。

從上海來寧波老家，家人選擇住市中心-凱利開元酒店，住了二天，6間房，位置不錯，選擇有早餐房間，早餐不錯，酒店也比較乾淨，前台服務員熱情，攜程鉑金會員，還送了小吃點心和水果👍，房費也可以，可能酒店有點年代，一間大床房升級到行政大床房（10樓），晚上洗澡盡然沒熱水？[捂臉]，找前台換一間試試也沒有熱水？衹能到8樓我們另一間標房來洗澡，説來維修工維修也沒有熱水（具説是管道維修，可怎麼可以給客人住？），另外，酒店晚上，夜間小燈一般習慣睡覺了開着，便於上廁所不會摔倒，可一小會時間，燈自動關了，燈關了後，燈具的繼電器還嘀嘀的有聲音，反應了也無語😂😂 設施：行政房沒有熱水洗澡😰
