Great location, friendly service. All small requests during the stays (extra towels, water, replacement key) were promptly handled, with a smile. Terrace pool is nice. Will stay here again.

The perfect hotel in the centre of Phnom Penh with all the entertainment only minutes walk away from the hotel. Hotel is very nice and room are very well designed. Staff is very friendly and food in the skyward is very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for business or holiday travel in Phnom Penh.

Stayed for the third time at this hotel in the space of 7 months! Love it so much, I keep coming back 😊 . As usual, friendly, amazing, efficient service from all staff starting at check-in and felt by all other staff members, especially cleaning, security and restaurant staff at Cloud 9. Reception staff are always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Cleaning is done well and daily. Room service and Cloud 9 staff are friendly and quick. Staff mostly speak English so not a difficulty at all communicating. Check in and out is so quick and easy! As always the pool is clean, quiet and well maintained. Room service and food at the hotel is top quality. Certainly, the spa is worth every cent and not that much more expensive than venturing out. Of course, you could get cheaper but the quality and environment at the hotel spa is truly serene, tranquil and top notch luxury! Convenient shopping and food a plenty around the hotel and close to the riverside. Though it’s located close to the red 🚦 light district, security is exceptional and the area itself is not dangerous (keep your wits about you and valuables close regardless). The only small drawback is the room lighting, although there are many lights, the yellow lighting can be quite dim especially around the sink area (ladies be warned, not so easy to apply makeup lol 😂) but this is a small thing. Overall, this remains my hotel of choice whenever in Phnom Penh! Thank you for yet another wonderful stay at your amazing hotel!

This is a hotel for people whom want to be the middle of actions. Lot of girly bars just 3 mins walk. The sound proof for the room is OK. It blocked 90℅ of the loud music.

This is the second time we have stayed here! Great location! 7/11 and SMILE just on the corner! Infinity pool is super nice with great lounge chairs! Service is always top notch! I just don’t like the deposit on my card. They could hold whatever currency that you have with you that’s equivalent.

Best place to be in the middle of everything. Rooms reasonable, rooftop pool and gym is excellent. Service good, very friendly stuff. But the breakfast for 12dollars was rather poor. Overall the sun moon is recommended

Didn’t actually like it , have very weird rules like u have to pay extra 10$ for visitor , room cleaning is well but sheets a bit old . There is many hotels better with same price

location is exceptional right in red light district. Room is clean and have everything necessary even have a room safe . The rooftop bar and infinity pool add the perfection of the hotel Staff at the hotel was kind and friendly Will Highly recommend this hotel to those who plan to have a good time
