Ulasan Sunstar Nilaveli

The Sunstar hotel is very nice and clean, with the pool area. The hotel was about 10 min walk from the stunning Nilaveli beach. The staff at the Sunstar Hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sunstar Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nilaveli.

Villa in Nilaveli. Hotel in a quiet village location. Pros: beautiful villa. They do everything possible to make the Guest comfortable. Remember the tastes of the Guest. They speak English. They do not try to make money on the Guest, they do everything with soul. Cons: someone is used to daily cleaning of the room - this is not the type of hotel, but if you ask, they say with a smile: of course, and clean it. Breakfasts are decent in my personal taste. You can ask for European, you can ask for local Sri Lankan. Everything is very tasty. Close to the ocean, decent restaurants nearby. The bed and mattress are very comfortable, sleeping is a pleasure. The bed linen is snow-white, ironed. Cons: cloudy pool ...

I am so satisfied! ! ! The children have to go swimming every morning and evening! The view is beautiful and the room is big! There is no limit on the amount of bottled drinking water provided. It is such a perfect place to stay that I don’t want to leave.

My friends and I stayed here for two days. The service was very good. I bought beef, crabs and shrimps and took them to the kitchen for processing. The staff were also helping. It is less than 3 minutes away from the beach. It is very convenient to watch the sunrise and sunset. Beautiful, the hotel environment is also relatively good, clean, hygienic and ventilated. If I go again I will definitely choose this one.

It's a reasonable price. Every time I go, there's no hair dryer.

Overall it's not bad, but the room wasn't cleaned when we went there, and there were ants on the floor after cleaning, but the waiter cleaned it up quickly, and the bed itself is relatively old, a bit like China in the 1980s and 1990s, the swimming pool had fallen leaves and it wasn't cleaned up. but water is ok

Clean and spacious rooms with air conditioning & mini fridge. Reasonably good swimming pool. Calm, quite environment with Nilaweli beach within walking distance. Helpful staff. Nice restaurant and great service.

The hotel is clean en nice. The swimming pool was also full of flies. Its easy for them to remove, but didn t do it. The staff of the hotel is terrible. All srilankans are allways friendly, but these tamil muslims are very rude. Didn t get towels when we asked. Never ever come back to this hotel.
