Location is very close to station and service was very good.

The value far exceeded beyond. I didn’t find it dated, all is well given the amount paid. It’s far far above expectations. Will stay here again when I next visit. The location is also not too far from the station.

Good value for money

Location relatively close to Niigata train station. Price was good for a last minute stay. Room was big and even had a massage chair. Bathroom was smaller than the Shinjuku hotel but still decently sized.

It is a multi-storey building close to the station. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is convenient. Amenities are provided in the lobby and you can take what you need with you. For those coming by car, there is a parking lot within the hotel as well as an affiliated parking lot nearby where you can park for 1,100 yen per night. A nice, clean hotel.

Complete facilities, clean and tidy, attentive service, located about 7-8 minutes walk from the station. Very cost-effective.

Close to Niigata Station, convenient for buses and trains. The room is a bit bigger than other areas, and the suitcase can be opened. It is not far from Bandaibashi Isetan, which can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes on foot. It is relatively close for eating and shopping. The general facilities of the hotel are all available. The breakfast is rich, with both Japanese and Western styles. There is also Niigata's specialty Koshihikari rice for guests to taste and experience.

The room size feels much larger than APA, but there is no room key. The door is not opened by card, but each room is given a pair of keys. There is a small beverage vending machine in the corridor, and there is a hot drink machine and two microwave ovens on the first floor. The hotel does not provide drinking water, but you can get a cup of ice water from the machine or drink directly from the tap in the room. Great location! It is five minutes away from Niigata Station, and there is Lawson nearby, as well as many late-night restaurants (izakaya, yakiniku, etc.). For dinner, we recommend the eel rice at "Unagirisei Niigata Station Higashi-ODori Branch". It's a pity that there is no cheap supermarket nearby. However, Niigata Station is very easy to visit. There are supermarkets and Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and you can buy beautiful souvenirs. Please note that the Google Maps navigation will take you to the side door of the hotel. The entrance is small, and you will first pass by a place that looks like a ** hotel (? ), which will make you wonder if you have taken the wrong path.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Niigata Station and is conveniently located. The breakfast is rich in variety, with Niigata-style curry and soba noodles. The hotel staff can communicate smoothly, and I will stay here again next time I come to Niigata.

I think the room should be upgraded. The facilities are too old and the lighting is too dim. The mattress is soft and hard enough for sleeping. The location is good, not far from the station.

I had requested a quiet room with a good view, but I was assigned a room on the third floor, the lowest floor, right in front of the elevator hall, which I felt was awful. Furthermore, the sound of running water from other rooms echoed loudly from the bathroom into my room, making it impossible to relax, and the sound of the guests next door bumping into my room echoed loudly, making it the worst room I've ever stayed in. I often stay in hotels on business trips to various places, but this is the first time I've come across such a terrible hotel in a long time. I will never stay here again.

In travel experience, CP value is a great hotel! It is highly recommended to stay here. All bathroom and maintenance products including facial masks are provided in the lobby! There are also bath products in the bathroom of the room, which are very useful! Just missing the comb, remember to bring it!
