Very clean hotel and the reception is very helpful. Nonetheless, I had a very bad experience with Trip.com - where we needed to modify our booking from 2 nights to 1 night, and the hotel is supportive, but Trip.com was not able to send our request to the hotel (it seems nor did they have interest to help with this), despite that I spent 2 hours at night and half an hour in the morning asking them to send my request over the phone. Overall I am quite happy with the hotel, but very disappointed with Trip.com and would alert those who are planning to use this App/website in the future.

Good convenient location in Nice. Within walking distance. However, our hotel room shower water flow is too little & slow. Not sure if happen to our room only or whole hotel water pressure is low. At night, above us, keep hearing stomping & moving of heavy items sound. A bit kind of disruptive to sleep. Overall hotel staff & services are good

Location is good for public transportation to tram, train and bus. 10 munite to the Nice port. My room is 2nd floor (actually 3 fl in other country), no noisy. Staff are very kind. I don't have a meal there. But amenities are just liquid soap n shampoo. You have to bring your own amenities.

Situated near the city center, this hotel is a bit small and not too accessible for the disabled, but it definitely has good staff with a very kind heart.
The room was a bit hot (A/C didn't really work), but everything else was alright. Not a bad choice for a night or two!

The location of the hotel is perfect! The best location you can find! Very safe and so many places are walking distance! 5 minutes away from the beach.
Room was not cleaned properly at all. tissues never refilled or hand soaps and shampoo. Breakfast buffet was delicious but very little food to chose from

Hotel ini terletak di kawasan perumahan yang tenang, dengan layanan laundry mandiri di dekatnya. Kamar-kamarnya indah dan bernuansa resor. Hotel menyediakan air minum, yang terletak tepat di sebelah lift. Mereka juga menyediakan air soda. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari, dan biji kopi juga disediakan. Saya sangat merekomendasikan untuk menginap selama dua hari.

Great location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.

TTamuHotel ini memang luar biasa, sesuai ulasan! Kamar-kamarnya persis seperti di gambar, bersih dan rapi, dengan estetika abadi yang menawan. Pelayanannya sangat baik; kapan pun kami meminta sesuatu, staf akan langsung mengirimkannya.
Semua orang sangat ramah dan lokasinya cukup dekat dengan jalan utama sehingga semuanya bisa dicapai dalam 15 menit berjalan kaki (termasuk stasiun kereta), tetapi juga di jalan yang lebih tenang sehingga tidak bising di pagi dan sore hari. AC di kamar juga sangat nyaman.
Saya dan pasangan sangat puas dengan masa inap kami dan akan dengan senang hati kembali!

TTamu這個酒店位置超級方便，房間還帶有一個迷你小廚房，對於中國胃的我們來説實在太好了可以煮點稀飯，太喜歡了，可以假期有限要不可以住個10天8天，深度遊玩一下尼斯，帥哥服務員還很貼心幫我們搬行李箱，個個都很nice 整個法國旅程這家酒店實在太驚喜了，另外還有聖誕禮物抽獎活動，我還抽中了應該是大獎吧，一瓶香檳……希望再次去尼斯可以繼續住這裏

TTamuMe and my partner got only a weekend staying. Staff is really lovely, very helpful with everything. But for me the problem was the room- too small and walls were really thin, we had a loud guests in the next room and we could hear everything, that was a bit annoying as we expected for more privacy. The shower was really good though, but there were no toilet fans in the room, so if you had a shower all the room would be humid or with some smell.
The breakfast menu was ok, the fruits salad wasn’t good, all the fruits very bitter, couldn’t eat anything. Jelly options were less then expected, but in general it offers different kind of breads and sweets boulangerie.
Location is great!

TTamu非常友好的酒店，衞生間竟然還有加熱毛巾架，衣服洗了秒幹，娘三，check in的時候被仔細詢問入住人數，考慮孩子小預訂了兩人間，想矇混過關，緊張中，還是老實説了一大2小，也解釋了，兩個孩子小一個床能安排下，結果前台非常友善説我們的宗旨是為了讓您住得舒服（comfort）印象深刻，幫您加個床，重點是不加價，真香，一人0.9的這晚睡得超nice，下午check in還有小可頌吃，真心不錯，暫存行李酒店也是慷慨解囊，單獨給了我們一間儲物間入住前乃至退房後儲存都ok，贊👍酒店走到海邊筆直五六分鐘，非常方便，周邊配套也非常方便

AanthonycbsgThe room was really spacious and the staff is friendly. I had my room upgraded so I have a balcony/terrace during my entire stay, and the view of Nice is just perfect. My stay here was so goood I extended a night. The location is great too, few minutes walk to where all the stores and restaurants are (you just have to explore). Certainly booking here again when I return to French Riviera.

TTamuThe hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan.
We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

TTamuI was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price!
The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town.
My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!

TTamuНомер просторный, чисто, кровать удобная, выбор подушек, одеяло в пододеяльнике, тепло, есть батарея, в сан узле вода горячая отличная, немного надо подождать, что бы слилась.
Вида из окна нет, но мы в номере не сидели. Соседей не слышали, завтраки не брали.
Расположение отличное.
Есть кофемашина, но почему-то во второй день не положили капсулы. Так же есть кофе простой в пакетиках и чай.
