Hotel di Stasiun Kereta, Nice

Booked quite late, lovely little hotel tucked away. Room was just right, bed comfortable, no noise from neighbours. Didn’t eat there, as we went out every day.

The hotel is like 4 mins walk to the Nice Ville train station and 15 mins walk for the old town so it’s very convenient for me. Also the room is spacious and clean. The complimentary coffee and bottled waters throughout the day with unlimited supply was a plus ! Recommended .

Great location, 25 mins walk to the promenade. Room was great for what we needed as we didn’t spend too much time in there. Bathroom wasn’t very big but wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very friendly on reception and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Also free wifi. Only downfall was that the walls were not very sound proof, could hear alot of doors banging and stomping from upstairs - but this was only minor. Great stay and just what we needed for 3 nights in Nice :) Merci

Very nice hotel with reasonable price in the center of Nice. There is a lot of Cafe’s and shops around. Reception was very kind. Instead of single room I was sleeping in double, it was very nice surprise too.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

La posizione è molto strategica poiché è vicino alla stazione alla metro e ai negozi. Le stanze sono molto carine e minimal...purtroppo il personale non è molto disponibile poiché avendo prenotato tramite un sito esterno all'hotel e per correttezza avendo comunicato l'orario del mio arrivo non c'era la prenotazione. Fortunatamente c'era ancora una stanza con letti singoli che ho dovuto accettare altrimenti avrei dormito in stazione. Il ragazzo è stato gentile nella sistemazione di fortuna...mentre ho trovato poco professionale il resto del personale dato che essendo stato un loro errore di mancata registrazione della prenotazione non mi è stato fatto nessun sconto per la notte successiva o un voucher come accade nel resto del mondo...mi è stato detto che avrebbero scritto una mail al direttore ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto risposta.
