前台服務很不錯 特別是那位年輕男士很耐心 前台還有點心 巧克力味道的可頌 不過房間比較老舊 地毯確實會有一點味道 設施很簡單 不過衞生間很新 空間大 還有加熱的毛巾架很方便烘乾浴巾 酒店位置也不錯 安靜的街道 去老城海邊商業街都比較便利又不會過於吵鬧

The hotel is well located being within walking distance of the sea front, the old town and the station, as well as being on the tram route for the airport. Our room was fairly spacious, light and airy and it was generally very quiet in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very good quality. The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again.

I asked for a high floor room away from a lift and was given one on the second floor with only one other room between mine and the lift. Luckily no noise could be heard from it. My room was beautifully decorated with mid brown carpet, had a comfortable double bed, fridge/mini bar, easy to operate digital safe, flat screen tv and tea/ coffee making facilities together with bottled water were complimentary. Lovely bathroom too with spacious shower cubicle and choice of hand held or rainfall shower. The hotel is very well placed close enough to the main shopping area in Nice and the seafront. Staff on reception very efficient and mostly very welcoming.

Store with groceries , water, wine, food, personal hygiene , really anything you need was less than two blocks walk. The front desk had a gal that spoke excellent English and was so easy to talk to, gave us directions and recommendations, hired a taxi for our departure, made the stay a real treat.breakfast was wonderful, the setting {we sat outdoors, but the inside looked nice too}the food options, all wonderful. Easy walk to the waterfront, marketplace, so many restaurants, shopping .Would go back in a heart beat! Highly recommend.

We really liked the location of the property. The staff were friendly . The bathrooms were nice and updated. However the rooms really need updated . The breakfast was over priced and not worth 17 euros. Several good breakfast places within walking distance.

Property needed serious maintenance and upgrades.desperately needs a fresh coat of paint. Hallways are depressing .they have updated few things but overall it needs a lot of work and repairs. They have very nice garden though.I’m not sure how they have gotten 4 stars. Staff was nice and helpful

I loved the private courtyard in the rear of the hotel - and the resident cats!
This property could use upgrade on the in-room safe which malfunctioned several times. Also could use secondary door lock security feature when in the room. In 2023 - should upgrade to electronic key card lock. There is zero soundproofing inside - can hear everything in rooms beside you and the hallway as if they are in the room with you.
