I have to use a blanket as it’s too cold in the room. I have to turn up the air conditioner because of the cold weather in nice.

Great place to stay really good location with tram and central station within a few meters. Only a short walk from central station . The hotel has a lift which is a bonus for those travelers with heavy luggage ot large suitcases .. I HIGHLY RECOMEND this place to stay. It's pleasant.

The hotel is in good location, but it wasn’t so clean , there was a water in the floor and it’s stinks probably cuz it was for many days there

The clerk is very talkative and provides good service. Everything is good, except that the WiFi signal is weak and the room space is narrow, especially the bathroom, where it is difficult to turn around.

Pros: low price, cleanliness, location, staff. Everything is neat, daily cleaning, friendly staff, and the hotel itself is in the very center, literally 50 steps from the Cathedral. You can easily leave your bags/suitcases after check-out and go for a walk. Cons: view from the window, furniture and unstable Wi-Fi. The window looked out onto the roofs and pipes of neighboring cafes, and periodically there was a fried smell. The furniture showed signs of use: the bed was ok, the toilet rattled, the nightstand was burnt with cigarettes. Not particularly critical, of course, but not very pleasant either. The worst thing is the Wi-Fi. The network signal is good, but it connects 1 time out of 20, and drops out literally every 5 minutes. If you need stable Internet (and I really needed it) - this is a big problem. The design of the bathroom also seemed strange - you had to squeeze through to get to the toilet and the shower, so it is completely unclear why there is a meter-long sink in such a small space. In general, the price/quality ratio is normal. If only they had fixed the Internet, it would have been great.

It's simple and the price on the day is cheaper than what I booked earlier.

A chic hotel in the French style with a large window in the very center of Nice, all the sights are 10 minutes walk away. The embankment is 10 minutes away, supermarkets, restaurants are near the hotel. Special thanks to the admin "Mikael" who works at the reception. A very good hotel, very convenient environment and good transportation. The handsome guy at the front desk is enthusiastic. It is convenient to go anywhere. I have been to several cities and it takes only a few minutes to get to the train station.

Nice hotel, warm, excellent location, the station is 5 minutes away, the tram to the airport is about 10 minutes, the embankment is about 15, and Notre Dame is around the corner) There are glass glasses, I wish I could add a kettle) There are several grocery stores and many cafes around for breakfast. The Internet could be better, but it’s tolerable, there’s enough for video calls. The only negative is audibility. If you are a light sleeper, take earplugs just in case. If you’re lucky with your neighbors, you’ll only hear the hairdryer (almost the same as in your bathroom))), and sometimes the TV. My neighbors and I were unlucky; they came at about 3 a.m. all 4 nights that we stayed at the hotel and slammed the door several times (although it closes normally), turned on the TV loudly and talked and laughed very loudly (really very loudly ), and calmed down only after knocking on the wall. But this is really the only negative, and most people are still adequate, so I recommend the hotel!

Godseongbi Hotel! I slept in a triple room for less than 50 euros per night, and all the staff were really friendly. Good location between the square and Nice station
